Huge games in April. Top of the table clash at Anfield followed by
the Merseyside derby and a huge Champions League Quarter Final.
Football doesn't don't get any better than this.

I sent the squad out to make an impact and start strong but I could never have imagined that
we'd be on the winning side of a result like this. 6-0 up at half time agasint a Morinho side. This
win destroys Chelsea's Goal difference will giving ours a huge boost so this is a huge result.

This was a tough game. I rested a few players so they'd be fresh for the Barcelona game.
A draw was probably a fair result and to be honest, I thought I'd gifted the lead to Chelsea
.... Then this happened.

View attachment 306652
We now have a two point advantage, meaning we can afford to draw one game
in the run in and still be top of the table.

View attachment 306651View attachment 306650
This was always going to be a high scoring game giving the players on show here.
Sakho has a torrid time out there though and was responsible for conceding two
goals. I can only wonder what might have been here if I'd gone with Mascherano instead.

We were 2-0 after 10 minutes, not used to being on the receiving end, but I felt we
regrouped well and nearly turned the tie back in our favor. Out of the Champions League
but giving one of the best contests in Champions League History as Barcelona ran out 7-6
winners on aggregated.

One good thing to come out of this: Chelsea will now be fighting on two fronts
while we will be able to keep the squad fresh and battle for the league title!

We are ending the season in style as our goal difference climbs to 57.
only 21 League goals conceded is something im exceptionally proud of.

Every time I read this it makes me want to start a Liverpool file.

Not long to go - am sure you will do it now.

Its becoming unreal now. The 6-0, 7-0, 6-1, 5-1 results keep coming on regularly, and that too against fellow top sides. You won't see this happening in real life, no matter how strong your team is.

Is it a bug or something in the game that it gets to like this after few seasons? The first 2 years were fine.

Unlucky against Barcelona but come on! you can do it!

They have an insane side so I'm not that upset.

So close to the title. Keep it up!

Aye, I'm trying but it's still not in the bag

It's one of the first saves I start up every time I get the new FM. I am a Liverpool fan though so it's a given :P

(And this is just the Premier League; I didn't bother looking for high-scoring games in other leagues)

This happens in football more than people care to remember so I've never really known how it was unrealistic

The 2018/19 Premier League season was a nail bitter. We started slow
but by game 7 we were well in the top half pushing for 2md place.
The final year of the 5 year plan culminates in these 4 games.

I can't help but to wonder what might have been. We played really well but Stoke set up shop
after taking their one goal advantage and we just couldn't make the breakthrough. Many chances
and some brilliant pieces of play but Butland has a stellar game in goal for Stoke.

A good solid win to return to winning ways. We have a big test against spurs but this injury to Sakho
Jacobs suspension have really hurt us in defense as both my first choice CB will miss the end of the
season.

Murinho: "Liverpool play before us, so we have to just do what we do. There is no point talking about what may happen, we'll wait and see"

I felt we could have crawled back into this game after Coutinho's goal but Ferreyra's
late winner was a punch in the gut.... I think it's over.

Blackburn, despite all the odds have secured their Premier League survival
by beating Manchester City on the final day. Aston Villa could have finished
17th except they drew 2-2 with already Relegated Brighton and they go down
with Sunderland who lost 3-0 at the Emirates.

****** **** not again! SO close!

Defense did really well for you over the season, can't wait to see your transfer business!

That title is yours next year mate!

Aye, I'm a huge believer in "Strikers win you games, defenses win your titles" so I've been concentrating on suring up that back line. Sakho, Macherano and Howedez are looking really solid and I've Mingay coming back from his Swansea Loan.

I'll need to have a look at the squad, see who did well on loan and decide if I need to dip into the market. I've still got Munir as a target since he's not gettign games at PSG.

Cool story just readed it from page 1 up to 68 good story mate very extented and fun to read
