So close to winning the title last Season! Just read through the majority of this and it's a brilliant story. Great to see Mata did very well for you, always liked him. If you can sign Aguero then the title is yours next Season. Good luck!
 
Just read the lot whilst at work, And WOW what a read this is...can't believe how close you've come on numerous occasions....Sinclair seemed to score for fun, how many did he finish on in the end?
Some fantastic youths coming through also, that keeper is something special aswell.
All the best for next season, Aguero would be 1 **** of a signing. Good Luck!
 
Great as always! But finish that ****** season off with the title!!! haha, think that whole Dean thing was all blown out of proportion and you should both got to the winchester and wait for it all to blow over! Keep it up mate! Do anything you can to get Aguero!
 
The best story bar none. Aguero wouldn't be worth what you'd have to pay, he'll be fairly old and there's better, younger options for less money. Great read though mate.
 
KUN AGUERO!!!! What are his stats right now? I agree with Maskell, at best it seems like you may get one good year out of him, to buy time for the new Suarez.
 
LOVE this story spent the last 2 days reading through it. Brilliant how you havent just signed the typical wonderkids on a cheap and actually worked with what you've got and signed different players to the norm. Even as a Chelsea fan I kinda want you to win the league

I know! XD I've finished runners up 3 time in a row now. It's only minor tweaks that are needed and I'm sure I can go one better.

Sinclair had a decent season in the end for us. 17 goals in 34 appearances. 23 league apperences; 12 goals, 3 assists. The youth in this squad is what's making it really exciting. I'm starting my 6th season and it hasn't left tedious at all yet :P

Sure I've moved on by now. It happened half a season ago :P
I'm doing ma' best to get Agero but if he's going to cost £25M+ I'd rather look elsewhere to be honest.
He'd be huge for us but I don't want to be spending that + wages and bonuses.

Aye, If I can get him ont he cheap, I'll bring him in but I'm not breaking the bank for him.

He's still well up for it in my eyes. He's got decent Stamina and Natural Fitness so I might get 2-3 seasons of use if we go for him. I sold the new Suarez by the way :P More on that later.

Cheers my friend, that means a lot to me.
Liverpool is my favorite save each season and I feel I'd ruin it on an "insta-wonderkid" save. I may get them all and dominate on a seperate save but i think it would make for a very boring save. I didn't set out to loose the Europa League 0-3 to Spurs or get beaten to the title by United on the final day. It's been fantastic drama for this story though so I'm glad they happened.

Major overhaul of the squad this year and I get rid of many fringe players.
I brought in £11M in Loan fees and made £80M odd from player sales.


Jerome Sinclair

Signed for: £750K
Sold for: £22.5M

I was happy with his place int eh squad but Spurs offered £18M, I renegosiated
to £22.5M and they accepted... What else did you expect me to do. Accepted!


Daniel (the new Suarez) Rodríguez

Signed for: £1.5M
Sold for: £19.25M

He is a very good player at 19 years of age £19.25M cash up front was a deal
I wasn't goign to say no to. His potential was okay but he's worth more in cash.


Marcos Llorente

Signed for: £1M
Sold for: £15M

Real Madrid wanted him back and I offered them 1500% the price I paid for him.
I do owe Madrid £5.5M from a sell on clause but I feel it was still a good deal.


Javi Manquillo


Signed for: £5M
Sold for: £13M

With Jenkins breaking into the first team and holding his own, I decided to
sell Manquillo and open up his spot (2nd choice RB) for Jenkins to fall into.
Got a good number for Javi considering he was only ever a fringe players for us.


Daniel Sturridge


Signed for: £12M
Sold for: £12.25M

Sturridge leaves as a club Icon. In his 6 and a half years at Liverpool, he made
154 league appearances, scoring 85 goals. He wasn't our best striker at the club,
appearances were hard for him to come by and I was holding back his career.
I wish him the best int he future.

Kieran Gibbs

Fee: £6M

Did well on loan and was effective when I needed to call on him. More than
earned his move to Liverpool and for a decent fee in £6M


Munir

Fee: £16M
We got our man. With Sinclair and Sturridge leaving, I wanted to bring
in a player who was, not only, better, but better suited to the role I need
my strikers to play. 2 seasons of unsettling worked.... When PSG finished
5th and failed to qualify for the Champions League.

Sergio Ramos

Fee: £5.25M

I know he is 33 years of age but I only want him for 2 years until Mingay is ready to
take over in central defense. Bought to sure up our defense and to add cover. We got hit
badly last season and I left it cost us the title. Loosing to Spurs and Stoke int he final games
cost us dearly so I wanted to bring in two defenders to make sure we won't get caught.

Fee: £6M

He looks insane for his age but has the potential to be
absolutely world class!!!

Both Karim Benzema and Garry Cahill were brought in as Back-Up options to add depth to the squad.
I don't expect them to see much game time and have offered them contracts to math this expectation.

I can see why we've been made favorites by the bookies. When it comes together,
my God this team is beautiful to watch. Munir introduced himself to the Liverpool
faithful in dramatic style: scoring a debut 5 goals!
