Like let's say it's a game against Tottenham... how do you add the logo of Liverpool vs Tottenham animation?
 
Or like at the beginning of the story, the article about Rodgers leaving, how did you design that?

I think he means the Sky Sports intro where it has the two teams badges, they're just from Google images!

The writing is just flavour text to make it come to life in my style of story. I can't do the descriptive style like the Alpha Romeo Metaphor II and I think Enrico Pucci is exceptional at that style.

For me, the trick to these stories is to find a style that you're comfortable with and enjoy playing around with. If you try to copy a style, you'll get board and frustrated.

Definitely agree with that, I'm always switching styles on mine..Sometimes it's really descriptive and sometimes it's brief..I also switch between first and third person a lot, just to switch things up!

(Secretly I just can't be bothered to write large sections of writing sometimes but don't tell anyone)

Alpha Romeo Metaphor II is amazing, read through it the other week. :)

Photoshop itself an application. You can use it on Windows, MAC, Linux, ect.
A free alternative (if you don't feel like buying a license) is GIMP

we went 33 games unbeaten in all competitive fixture. Our FA Cup loss
to Chelsea was the first game we'd lost in a run that stretched back to
the final game of the 2018/19 season. We're still unbeaten in the League
and an unbeaten season is itching at he back of my mind but I won't
entertain the possibility to achieving that accolade until game day 30.

Been tracking this kid for awhile and decided to pounce now. He went
to Stoke from Newcastle for £15.75M only 6 months earlier so I kinde
missed out on a cheaper deal but he was a first team regular at the
Britannia Stadium and is one of the brightest young English prospects
in the Premier League right now.

I have very high hopes for Merigo that he could be a huge player for us.
We've a huge array of attacking talent so I used this window to secure
the signatures of some exceptional defensive talents and this guy could
one day be world class.

start in a Liverpool shirt and a well deserved clean sheet for his efforts.

Before this fixture, I had strong words with Munir who hadn't scored in his
last three outings... Then he goes and dose this. I'm so glad he's on our side!
He brings his tally for the season to 27 in 28 games.


Though, as if the Football Gods themselves decided this was to be the Liverpool vs Chelsea season
the Final of the Capital One Cup threw up a replay of the 2016/17 Final.

I have read this story, along with your previous Liverpool story from FM14 without ever writing on the thread. I just wanted to take the time to thank you for these stories, they are quite literally, the best on this site, although others do come close. This story was definitely my inspiration for doing my own (albeit with Norwich City).

My bogey team are most definitely Manchester City, and Sergio Aguero in particular who seems to always score a hattrick!
 
Been a silent reader of your stories for a few years now, this one is just sensational though, so glad you decided to continue it!
 
I've been reading this story for a while. Mostly only once or twice a week for me as time allows. That's great that you decided to continue this story no matter the negative comments as well as the 5 year plan not going the way you hoped! Great read! You're having a fantastic season! And just think, if you stopped with the story, you'd never have been undefeated at the new year!

And it's a great mix of some wonderkids combined with players I have no clue about. I'm playing an LFC save which I basically went with loads of wonder kids (first save played and wanted to see how they would turn out).

And to be honest, I keep debating about starting a story of my own, but not sure I could do such an amazing job as you have! Definitely one of the best reads so far! Loving it. Keep it up!
