Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson: "It was a bad day at the office, there was plenty of effort but no end product and the players are very disappointed in there. The fans have left angry and that's understandable. However, it would be dangerous to clear a lot of players out on the basis of one game. We wanted our renaissance to start today, but it hasn't happened. Panic would be the wrong thing to do but I'm not the sole arbiter of that."

If you go to Liverpools official site and read "hodgson fixture warning" and comments you can see how crazy the fans are going. Every1 wants Hodgson out...

The fans are turning against each other. The players are turning against the manager and fans. The club is sinking into itself. If anyone can stop this- they can. Yet they sit there...
I hope the SOS kept those 'Yanks Out' banners. They might be needing them soon. Get your fingers out.
If NESV don't sack Roy after this, then I'll lose faith in them too.

My night couldnt have gone any better, what a sensational win from Wolves and a real tidy goal. Shambles in defence is that Hodgson's fault??? This makes it even better that earlier in the transfer rumour thread i said liverpool where a team in decline and many jumped back at me saying what about your side. This just says it all im afraid, this is why you need to realise you are not the club you used to be, you have a gloryfied history and you deserve that and hold on too that and i mean it. But times have changed and you arn't the side you was and i think the sooner you realise and come to terms with this then you can start to re-build.
