From what i play, yes, it will be the philosophy of 'as long as i score more than u' kind of tactic.. lol
Hey guys, I hvae small problem with tactic knowledge. In pre season I had Teamwork on very high and everything was on 100%, but when I changed on avarage and defensive positionig one of them (formation) was on 65% after few days without matches (international break). Have sombode the same problem?
1. Have you the latest patch?
2. If you tweak the tactic, like changing the mentality or defensive line, it affects the familiarity of the tactic.
Half of the way through the first season with Liverpool and this tactic is immense. Only lost two all season, once away to Chelsea in the PL with 10 men, the other losing to Preston in the League Cup with a reserve side. Top at the moment, highlight being the 9-0 win over Arsenal. I play Suarez as central striker, scored 24 in 20 so far.
Impressive. Do you make any changes for away games? I seem to be struggling away from home but hammering everyone at home. Just beat Leeds 6-0, Rooney with all 6. 33 goals in 18 games

No, nothing changes. Same tactics, same team. No opposition instructions. Team talks may influence though?
Yea they might do. I've just left it to my assistant now cause I'm fed up with team talks on FM12. Since the assistant has done them I've beat Spurs 4-1 and Inter Milan 5-3 away.
ok was all ready to give up on the tactic with qpr on my linden save they are storming the leauge and have scored 52 goals in 23 games and Jamil adam scoring 45 of them
but qpr results looked poor beat first two teams then came downturn wolves lost 2-1 stoke beat us 2-1 man utd beat us 4-2 villa beat us 5-4 blackburn beat us 4-3 (in the league) though performance in the league cup was good we put 6 past bradord to set up a tie with norwich beat them 4-0 to set up a tie with peterbrough who got beat 2-1 to set up a tie with chelsea .. so i stuck with it and the lads fought welll drawing 1-1 at tottenham then an extremly strong liverpool team (they were unbeaten until they played us) and we put 4 goals past them to secure a fantastic win then wigan (who were also unbeaten ) and we beat them 3-0
i arrogantly said to the board wed be looking at a euro cup place at begining of season i was begining to panic but i think now that could actually become a reality its gonna be a long slog ahead

Nice work! I struggled in my first season with Liverpool. I could only manage third, and I was getting very close results. Now I am in my second season, made a few key signings, and now I am ripping up! I struggled with my strikers (Suarez, Carrol, Kuyt, Bellamy) lacking pace and finishing quality apart from Suarez. So in the transfer window I mixed it up and now my team is playing much better football, creating a significantly higher amount of opportunities, and converting!
I think the key is to have a really strong Poacher as your central striker, such as Doumbia (he has made the tactic). In an ideal world I would have STLC - Trequartista.... STC - Poacher... STRC - Trequartista, but I want Niang (Poacher) to gain experience and he is operating fine out on the right, just not getting as higher ratings as the other two.
Another key signing is Asamoah, he pops up everywhere and always manages to finish those loose balls in the box.

well first game against chelsea postponed due to international call ups so my next game was newcastle i beat them 6-3 then continued the winning streak beating both swansea and norwich then came the leaugue cup home to chelsea they fielded a fairl strong team though torres and ramires were injured we beat them 3-0 to set up a semi tie with bolton then we played west brom and beat them 3-1 then we met chelsea away and they beat us 5-3 and have just been beaten 4-0 by man city arsenal next were are 8th at the mo
Tested on 12.0.4 patch. Best tactic ever mate !!! I testing with Liverpool and Lille and results are brilliant.Im top of the league with Liverpool and won carling cup !! 28 game , 28 win , 0 draw , 0 lost scored 85 and received only 4 !! some screenshot

Those are great results! I was killing it at the start of the season, then the new year came and my team gave away a 10 point lead to end up third!
Can you tell me:
1. are you doing anything different? e.g. pitch size, op instructions etc.
2. How you handle your team talks.
