wow, thats quite a good record there Medo! nice! change the tactic a bit, play shorter or more direct, play a little deeper or further up... tweak it a bit but not too much :)

Raikan, I change my mind... Im trying it with West Brom now... I only sign Ahmed soukouna... but so many players injuries from training and friendly.... can u recommend a training schedule to me which suit for your tactic??

I'm using your tactic with Malaga and I am currently 1th in my first season 2 points ahead of real. I won 3-1 against real and 1-0 in the camp nou. Great tactic, however I will probably lose my first place.

I've been having some really good results with this tactic lately. It started off rather terrible, but after making some adjustments and after my players got used to it, i'm having a lot of success. The print screen feature seems to be broken as it refuses to print the FM window, printing whatever is behind it, but if i can fix it i will post some screenies tommorow.

raikan, if and when you're back from holiday - fresher than never, I hope - could you please have a really quick look at Napoli team and suggest necessary adjustments to them (i mean player roles, positions to improve etc). I have just decided to start with them and getting known the players.
F.e. is Lavezzi good in AMR role in this tactic - as most probably Cavani will get nod in lonely ST spot?

you need to make a few signings there mate, you have literally signed a couple of players...

Lavezzi should be playing Inside Forward - Attack (Aml) instead of Mascara though!

Look at Guberti as well...

how much do you have? give me a budget :)

9M pounds mate,

i'm surely in a need of new full-backs - feeling that both dossena and maggio are defensively not good enough for this system (marking etc poor).
Also probably some cover for centre-halves and centre-mid's are needed. And as you mentioned new right winger - Guberti has good physics, but I'm worried about his lacklustre decision and positioning.
How should I spare position and role wise my current midfielders and which players I do need offload in your opinion?

Hey Mate
I have a question

I'm using 4-3-3 like yours but with a little tweak, this is my tweak version.. though it doesn't do any good at the moment LOL.
Just need your expert advice :)
I'm playing Chelsea currently, and seems to get beaten by the big teams, Man Utd (3-1) Away and Arsenal (2-0) Away

Philosophy: Fluid
Starting Strategy: Counter (Big team) / Standard (lower team)
Passing: Shorter
Creative Freedom: Default
Closing Down: Stand off more
Tackling: More Cautious
Marking: Default
Crossing: Default
Tackling: Default

Opposition Instruction: Pass into Space + Exploit The Flanks.

OR

Pass into Feet + Retain Possession + Play Narrower + Exploit the Middle

Formation <4-3-3 / 4-3-2-1> **Essien move back as DMF / Anchor man if I'm using the 'Counter' Strategy

----------------------Cech----------------------

Ivanovic----Mexes--------Terry-------Cole---

------- Henrique---Essien---Lampard--------

Souza---------------------------------- Neymar

-------------------- Kadlec----------------------

I'm using a Super Deep Defence (Just like Jose's era with Chelsea)

- Very Deep D-Line
- Very Narrow Width
- Through the middle
- Counter attack ticked
- Very rarely wasting time

GK: Goalkeeper <Defend>
DL: Full Back <Automatic>
CDL: Limited Def <Defend>
CDR: Limited Def <Defend>
DR: Full Back <Automatic>
MCR: Advanced playmaker <Attack>
MC: Ball Winning <Support>
MCL: Central Mid <Support>
AMR: Inside Forward <Attack>
AML: Inside Forward <Attack>
ST: Poacher / Deep Lying Forward <Attack>

Please advice?
Cheers

when i try to download this tactic my computer wants to know what program I am going to use in order to open the file :/
... point is i cant download tactics. Am i so much noob? I really want to try this out for my liverpool save!

don't select open, select save mate... then copy and paste the file into the the correct folder :)

can't remember if it was WINRAR or just the normal tac file..

yes most definately... especially Ronaldo on the right hand side! Messi would need a little more creative freedom on the left though :)
