I like the design and the temp but the Aon logo and Adidas logos feel a little flat to me.

It's easier than you probably think. The only tools you need are Photoshop (you can get a free trial from the Photoshop website) and a good imagination.

That would be awesome, i'm looking for home and away retro Castel Di Sangro kits and large small logo.
 
i am going to rate Dakano's shirt above, so for a display picture is quite good my friend, 9/10.

It's not too bad a start. I'd say make the sleeves a little smaller, bring the shoulders in slightly and maybe give the body a bit of shape as it's quite straight.
 
oh mike hold on now hahaha !!! i just recently learned out of various advices i found on internet how to take a shirt photo and transform it,create textures,layers etc !!! what you tell me to do is a bit hard for me as i don't have a clue how to do it !! thanks anyways my friend

I'm always happy to try a new template. Send me the .PSD file, you should be able to do it via PM. If you can't work it out, I'll PM you my email address.
 
The colours, as tradition, shouldn't work, but they really do. I love the blue and red combination. As for the away, I wasn't sure green would work but the more I look at it the more I like it. 8/10 overall.
