SPL - 2nd
Scottish Cup - Quater Finals
Scottish League Cup - Winner
Champions League - Semi Finals
Dont let the final table fool you. Dundee Utd walked the season and until Rangers fell apart at the end they were the closest challengers. Ourselves and Celtic were next up but our form in the run in saw us clamber past them to 2nd.Finally brought home some Cup silverware too with a comprehensive 3-0 win over Rangers while the Scottish cup defeat to Rangers was a fixture too far in a impossible run of games. Europe was a very pleasant surprise. I'd have been ecstatic to get past the last 16 but our apart from our trip to Chelsea we gave a very proud and convincing displays. Very exciting going forward.
SPL Review
Dundee Utd - 8/10 As usual after a season without the SPL every other competition took a back seat as they took control of there league title. Youth star Cristian Baldomar led the team in goals & assists Penaltys denied an all Scottish Quarter Final. Looks respectable in the end as they eased off for the last 4 games
Aberdeen - 8/10 A tired bunch of performances through the autum & winter saw our SPL defense in a impossible state very early on. Thankfully things went our way at the end to secure 2nd place. Happy with our League cup win and our awesome run the the Champions League Semi Finals
Rangers - 6/10 As happens too often there late season form ruined what looked to be a title challenging season. The 25 year wait for title 55 goes on despite two strikers scoring over 20 goals. They did manage to pick up a Scottish cup having made it to 7 of the last 8 finals. But were destroyed by Chelsea in the last 16 of the Champions League
Celtic - 5/10 4th place is there worst finish in the save. Never near the top 2 all year in a tough 1st season for Paul McMullan. Raul Viator was there star through the season while former youth player David **** was a surprise stand out player. Champions League winners Tottenham put Celtic out at the Quarter Finals while they were awful in the domestic cups
Hearts - 6/10 Last year i said there was a lot of work to do to return to the top 6 well maybe not then! they walked to the top 6 then fended off Edinburgh rivals Hibs to get 5th
Hibs - 5/10 Just missed out of the top 6 last year but made it at a canter this time round. Europe was a bust as they were beaten in both legs by Nancy
Ross County 6/10 No top 6 this time round but miles clear of the other bottom 6 teams. Europe was a total bust with 6 games and no points. Old Man Gio Guerrini is still banging in the goals.
Dunfermline 5/10 Not a tidy season but 8th as usual! Only 3 times in the last 10 years have they finished somewhere other than 8th or 9th
Dundee - 5/10 In the playoff spot fight all season but stay up again. Improvement required though
St Mirren - 3/10 What a mess the saints were this season. Not safe till the final whistle of the final game. Ian Collins has much work to do this summer. Like Hibs there European ambitions were down the toilet with only 1 win.
Falkirk - 4/10 Last years Championship winners needed the playoff to survive but they did so mainly thanks to English striker Seb Hammond
Forfar - 4/10 Looked down after match 2 but after a few months they got there grove on and was no worse than any of the 5 teams just above them. Good luck to them down in the Championship.

History has been kind to these two who are currently a million miles from European football.

Well seems like i've picked a winner here with his 45 goal! 2 goals off Fitzgeralds haul with Rangers and will have many chances to take the record in the future

Manager of the Year
Javi Martinez

Not quite sure how the ranking work for this but Javi should have been 4th at best behind Me, underachievers, Paul McGowan the League winner & Hearts boss Gary Bollan for a miracle return to the top 5 after being relegated only 3 seasons ago.

Further disaster for our League as we fall to 4th and loose a spot in the Champions League so only the top 3 will make it in from now on. Might take 3 seasons to get past Italy again if points go in our favor in the next few seasons.

Club Rankings
Great success for Scotland with 4 teams in the top 14. Rangers in 8th are now the highest ranked Scottish team despite never winning the title overtaking Dundee Utd who are down to 10th Aberdeen fly up to 13th, Unlucky for some especially Celtic who drop to 14th. St Mirren up four to 38th as the best of the rest. Motherwell down one to 76th after there season in the championship and Hibs are the only Edinburgh side in the top 100 at 78. The rest range from 119th to 155th
