Site Improvements Suggestions

I use it on my iPhone and yeah it's pretty quick, probably quicker than some people's laptops I know and using Safari. So my suggestion is that maybe Moderators of this site, or Raikan ( I think that he will be the best option) made a stickie where is special list of players, for example good players for Championship League, players for small clubs.. and some similar lists that people could find players which they want. You know what I mean?

Those threads aren't useless, just made by lazy people and posted in the wrong place.

We've had a players database, and lists of players, etc etc. The fact is people are lazy ad selfish and continue to post new threads despite all of this.
 
OK considering it's improvements. I figured you could ask for stuff to be taken off as well as added to the site.

You could add the ability to dislike to a post, People could get there opinion over like that.

You could remove the old search. I think everyone uses live search and the other ones pretty useless IMO.

Dislikes/Thums Down etc have been discussed before and won't ever be implemented.

The default search is much better than the live search and it's what I use the majority of the time.
 
As we are approching the end of 2010 I think it would be a good idea to do an FM-Base Awards thread where members can vote for the winners of the different catergories such as best thread, best database, best tactic etc. I feel this will only work well if it is ran by a MOD or SUPER MOD though.

I think this was done last year of the year before, not very well though :S
 
Yeah and maybe a Mod of the year award. Tbh Raikan would probably win it out right
 
Pass on the awards. Think it was done at the end of the 2009 year. Just turned into a massive spam fest.
 
Meh, people just end up crying because they think that people like them and that they are 'cool' and things like this just make people realise they suck, when no one mentions them or 'votes' for them.

It will just do more bad than good.
