I gotta say this winter window is a masterstroke by Wenger. Arsenal looked deep in **** with so many players having short contracts and probably wondering about their future a different clubs. I thought by the summer club will be in serious trouble, but they managed to turn it around and actually significantly strengthen the squad, and make a real statement about the future. Ozil-Miki-Lacazette-Aube front 4 is as good as any attacking formation in the league.
But then again, losing their 2 highest productive offensive players in the middle of the season, and having to integrate two new talents, no matter how good their are, during a brutal top 4 campaign, sounds like a nightmare waiting to happen.

No way Arsenal will make top 4 imo.

It would have been amusing. That would have been the whole evening sorted lol. But this is Everton.
If someone put money on us to beat the worst team in football I'd tell them to put the money on the other team. The club is in such a complete shambles even the most simple things will turn out to be monumentally difficult for them. We're approaching trash tier levels to be honest. Actually no, we already are trash tier.

Sanchez carried Arsenal on his own back a lot of the time he was there.
That's not to say they won't be better off now...they have got out of a terrible mess remarkably fortunate. Just the timing allowed them to get Mkhi and Auba.
He did, but there was always a bit of a debate if it isn't a bit of RvN type situation. And by RvN situation I mean a player produces amazing individual numbers and barely ever has a bad game, but his playstyle ends up dragging the team down in the process. Either way Sanches is much better suited to a Mourinho led team that's for sure.
Also I'm not quite sure why people don't seem to rate Lacazette. From what I've seen Arsenal play this year, it looked a lot like LVG United on very bad day. A lot of pointless passing and striker ends up doing the Rooney and dropping deep just to try to make something happen.
That's one of, it not my biggest gripe with him. He keeps dropping acting like he's a CM, doesn't offer enough in behind like Aubameyang does. I'd love if Ozil, Wilshere etc. were asked about him off air. He's also not as quick as I thought he was. Don't get me wrong, he's a good player; he's silky with the ball at his feet, links up well & what not, but I just think he has too many little deficiencies to lead the line for a top 6 Premier League team, and I admit I overrated him prior to coming to England. Aubameyang done more tonight in than what I've seen from Laca since the start of the season in terms of leading the line, penetrating opposition backline, etc.
He's an unbelievable level of back up striker to have though!
