Ok so I managed to get the printscreen done, the team is looking awesome and is really playing well together now ... still trying out different players for the AMC positions and will do some PPM for Demba BaView attachment 308537

Wow, thats a really good start to the season. Looking at the matches you have ahead, try to really micro manage the team and talk to the players to boost their confidence if things should turn nasty ( loosing 3 matches etc).

As for the AMC, It's not ALL bad if he gets low ratings. His role is often judget ( by the game and people) i how many key passes, assists and goals he gets. If you have a player like Scholes, Fellaini, Wernblom, Fletcher, Reo-Coker, in short " a work horse", he will help the team in so many ways BUT won't get high ratings.

Agree. The best player to use in this position ( in real life to) is an attacking minded AMC/FC that is clever AND can handle playing a high energy game.

When building a squad, I always try to do it in the same way an International Manager would do for his country. Here, the players described above is soooo valuable to have. Complete players that are also specialists in one area that combines this with being " winners".

I think you have a good chance of getting really good results with the normal FMC( TC)version found in the Opening post

So gonna give this tactic a try with a new Southampton save, With the squad I have at the moment im going to set them out like this..... Any suggestions on my starting 11 or any possible transfers that would suit this tactic would be really great:) Making offers for Wellington Nem and Jores Akore to start with I think. Hope to hear some suggestions soon. Thanks:)

Ramirez could not be a good AMC... try him in ML or CM
 
I just want to say thanks for this amazing tactic, i've finally had my first loss in 47 league games (2 off arsenals record!!), losing 1-0 to utd at OT who are storming the league this year.

Won the BPL, League cup and Champions league last year with no club being able to withstand this tactic!

I hope I can win the league again this season but a few injurys to key players is costing me a few points here and there, but only against the big dogs.
