I'm a 4-4-2 man, so would really appreciate access to the Flat 4-4-2 !! Currently at West Ham and would have the players to suit! Many thanks in anticipation.

I have not uploaded the 41311 though as the Overload version is yet too poor.
 
As soon as the game is out, I will update this post with information regarding how these FM12 Tactics works in FM13
 
been trying this for a bit in fm13 as arsenal and it's been working pretty well so far. dunno if its the ME or the tactic but it plays some pretty sick football, sometimes creating some really nice chances that come from a couple of really quick, sharp passes before playing someone through on goal with a nice ball. looks pretty amazing when it happens lol

my team also usually can keep good amounts of possession, depending on the opponent.

been sticking to the attacking version most of the time, even if i'm away from home at places like bayern or madrid. first time i tried both cautious and counterattacking was away at madrid and my players seemed to get caught in possession and stuff which almost always lead to conceding a goal rofl.

also for some reason i was struggling pretty bad against burnley. changing it to the overloading version didnt seem to do much against them.

gonna keep using the tactic till the end of the season and see what happens
 
Nice was looking for alternative, i have a pretty decent 4411 with Rangers at the min, but needed an alt.
 
can please someone help me why i'm failed to import the tactics in fm 13?

Just checked and it seems to work for me. Anyway, here are the tactics found in the link you are looking for
 
Hey, i'm looking forward to try your formation as Dortmund. Going to use Leitner and Gündogan as the central midfielder. Any idea who would be the better creator of the two? The other players seem to be a good fit, with Götze being a good advanced playmaker and Reus should work well on the left.

Cant see Leitners stats in my save as most of the important ones are hidden and needs scouting but Gündogan seems to work in either roles
