DEAL. I sold rooney when he ws 30/31 to chelsea on my save and the fans were annoyed at me for half a season or so but they soon forgot about it. I would have kept him till he retired but he kept asking for a new challenge for two season and finally gave in since i had two promising regens coming through and i also bought Rossi back

I'd say no deal. That's quite a lot of money and wages and I don't see him as the player who'd change matches. You're better off getting someone like Modric if you can. Otherwise Raktic.

Other Info: since the time he got his leg breaking injury back since season 2, he has not been a prolific goal scorer and is being poor in every match. he barely survive the second season, and also getting injured and was out for 5 months.
he's form is dropping by every game, and its worrying for me and the team as a while, how is struggling to get goals (almost the same problem as what Liverpool are having IRL).
so far, i have tevez and kevin millaras in my strike force, and i play a 4-2-3-1 formation. sanogo and carlos fierro are still in learning stages, and for the future and doing well in both first team and reserves.

No deal. Big wages for a player who may not make your first eleven. Cleverley has been a key part of my first team until 2016/2017 and still has a role in the team even though he's been replaced by a regen thats been developing nicely. Can't believe you're being offered him for only 9 million. Look into that, maybe an injury or significant lost of form.
