This is the part of football I'll never like and sympathise with all footballers or ex footballers who receive this abuse every day and how hard it must be just to try ignore it constantly, when you are just casually trying to go out living your life.

I understand that rivalries are a key part of any sport and ultimately make it more competitive/exciting. But it should be left at the game and all the abuse is not part of the game.

Ultimately what I'm saying is, as much as I like the game, football fans are scum a lot of the time and have no respect whatsoever.

Absolutely pathetic mate. People go the match and turn into bellends.

Why would you even think of abusing someone the street? Says it all about the individual.

Although the irony in them doing it from the safety of a vehicle isn’t lost on you. They’d of likely done a dart had Jamie walked over. Gutless gobshites.

Fair play to Gary Neville for admitting what we’ve seen from day one that he got van Dijk totally wrong.

Calling him a monster and comparing him to Jaap Stam dominance ..... High praise indead.

Looking forward to Big Shaq making him eat those words on him next haha.

Reminds me of Rio as they both have the same problem were they rely to much on their physical nature and lack concentration at times as the game is to easy for them at times. Marked improvements from VVD as being asked to be the leader at the back means he cant slack off.

Sergio went in oO)

Got to give it to Ramos he is a shithouse on the pitch and off it. Knows exactly how to rile up anyone.

He’s just a low life shithouse period.

I pray we pull Madrid out of pot one. Ramos. At Anfield. Under the European lights. Is ******* rite!!!!!

Joking aside, Wylies n absolute lowlife shithouse.

There’s a reason L’pool stopped players signing things after leaving Melwood and it’s down to that ****.
Yeah hes the reason why the club banned it outright. Ends up sending kids into traffic just to resell the signatures online.

******** move by Lovren there to not tell the club about his injury. Could've started his rehabilitation after the world cup final but has now left us short on senior CB options.

Preaume you’ve seen Klopp post-match by now on Degsy? Had it since before the WC with the club managing it through the end of last season and then the WC not helping in allowing him to see a specialist.

As so often in the mad World of L’pool twitter, a storm in a teacup over pretty much nothing

I think Gibbo pretty much nails it.

Ragnar to Italy it seems.

Very happy for him if that’s confirmed by this tea-time.

The manager and club doing right by a top pro, who deserves to be playing regularly as he sees out his career, by letting him go cheaply. Nice new life experience too being in Sardinia which is gorgeous and completely diferent from the mainland.

Sorry to lose his reliable experience from the back end of the CH depth and no less out of the changies. And really appreciate all he’s given. Been a real valuable addition as we’ve built and progressed the last three years. But made up for Ragnar and wish him nothing but the best going forward.

More posting that for the video than the top youth steal.

Mad crowd and pyro at an U-17’s game ..... Crazy Dutch haha.

There was discussion about this somewhere else and with I agree a bit, not only about Pool but there has been others also. It is no way in disrespect etc, can be amazing in future.

If you are top prospect in Ajax you stay there. They are the best giving youth a change and everybody sees you there. They can mold you into something others cant. Cant understand being a 16 years prospect in Ajax and thinking that PL team will be better hope. Think the biggest factor is here the money.
These huge prospect deals have been before and hope to get out from there is very slim.

Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis calling for UEFA to investigate 'relationship' between Liverpool & Roma:

"I've always suspected that the real owner of Liverpool is also that of Rome."

Wtf is he on about haha. If he meant Southampton he might have a slight point XD

He’d be doing well Bujakaa considering we have a youth cap and pay the minimum on a lads first pro contract. Let alone before that.

Given Ajax only started paying 16 year olds about 5 years ago I’d guess whatever Liverpool offer will be a decent pay raise

A big step up in club with a glowing, recent example of a kid who wasn’t dropped for a more senior player come the biggest game of all, the European Cup Final, as to the open first team pathway if you work hard enough coupled with ability under this fella’.

Not much more selling point needed than that. And if they want more than that too soon, monetary or otherwise, the club looks elsewhere. All part of the complete restructuring of the Academy a couple of years ago under Inglethorpe.

There was a great Mel Reddy piece with Rhian Brewster a few weeks backs that would worry the living P out of me if I were a Chelsea executive as to why he left there and came here. First team opportunitys here that he just couldn’t see there.

I’ll post it when I’m home as it’s a real good read on a dead sensible young English lad regardless.
