Antonio Valencia notched an assist with his trade-mark run & cross down that right hand side, and put in a terrific overall performance for his country if Twitter reactions are anything to go by (admittedly didn't watch the game).
So everyone that featured, barring Rooney and Rashford who had limited time, all put in good shifts in their own respects for their countries and all avoided injuries. A little bit of United unity displayed too; Depay, Pogba & Martial had a nice public chat on the pitch right after the final whistle, and the one I liked the most was Lingard tonight going bang into the middle of a heated bunch to try and get at a Slovenian player twice his size because he appeared to of shoved Rashford - very unlike Lingard to get involved in any sort of scuffle like that, but when a fellow academy team-mate gets handled like that, the kid saw red... only for Joe Hart to come and defuse the situation.
