Scheckter recently left West Ham and started his own consulting business.

Here's the kind of stuff that will be looked at as part of the audit:
  • Player relocation & onboarding
  • Internal team communications – how to engage with the group and get the right feedback
  • Team logistics – optimising away travel for minimal disruption
  • Unhappy or discontented athletes
  • Athletes taking too long to settle or not settling at all
  • Unhappy or negative family/support unit around the athletes impacting performance
  • Athletes isolated or struggling to fit in to the group
  • Negative atmosphere within squad
  • Player wellbeing – quantitative data and improvement tracking
  • Match day experience for VIPs/families
 
Last time we see some of these wasters at OT 😁 tbh that’s most probably harsh except for Lingard and Cavani. Jones has just been injury prone and always used all over the place when coming through. Mata has always been quality but never used right. Well tbh that’s the problem he’s always been out on the right. And Matic has been good tbf just lost his legs. Now time to move on. Good performance btw.

Embarrassing.

That's why, with absolutely no disrespect intended, I have little to no sympathy with the on going carnage under the Glazers at Utd.

When you (yet again!), fold like a soggy digestive biscuit, three games into 'supposed', concerted protesting pressure, down to the team actually winning a game of football for once, you ultimately get what you deserve.

Pity you can't play L'pool every week aye and get the game called off! *'YSB! YSB! YSB! Get out of our club! 🤦🏼‍♂'

The passive aggressive social media posts haven't helped but the absolute bizarre handling of Lingard this season continued last night with Rangnick's explanation as to why he didn't come on and Cavani did #mufc

Thought Lingard deserved to come on last night. Been at the club since he was a kid and scored in two cup finals. Game was won and he deserved a last OT appearance more than Cavani. Sometimes seems to be a feeling Lingard doesn't care but it couldn't be further from the truth. Wrong decision by Rangnick and the club.

Think there only sticking up for him due to him being there source of info inside the dressing room. Which says it all about him and why he doesn’t deserve a send off.

Has the leaking had any proof other that Scholes threw Lingard under the bus saying he is the source? I mean as much i understand he talked to Scholes who trust and respects probably, who is club legend. Scholes was the one who outed their private conversation. Are you really saying that old club legends who are close to clubs and maybe even played with some current guys wont speak about work stuff. Sure they do. Just should now the point not to talk these things out to public.

Sending away for last home game would still been way to go. Be a bigger man. Lingard has been so long in the club and given his all in hard times. Yes not all things are perfect, but be a bigger person, not petty.

I mean, David Beckham never got a sending off as well for less (it’s not like his celebrity lifestyle affected his performances on the pitch) so I couldn’t care less about Jesse Lingard’s entitlement tantrums.
 
Its childish behaviour above all. He thinks he's entitled to something and he's probably wrong.

Shame that another promising youngster listnen to wrong advice.
