Gonna' miss you tomorrow mate at r pub. Surprised you never asked. Though I could WELL do without it TBH. If it wasn't for the venom big Virge is gonna' get to make Lovren feel positively 'welcome' I'd of swerved it. The hatred should be off the charts mad.

Got the mad situation of leaving at some un-Godly hour to get down there for dinner. Not getting home until dead late thanks to the bollocks KO time. AGAIN! Thank you SO much Sky. AGAIN!

Working all day Monday. To then turn around and go back down ****** South Monday night for a stopover to an early 9:25 flight out of Stansted Tuesday for Porto.

Don't ask. The sacrifices you make for the Reds. Just be back at Southampton next year you!

What do you personally do for stopovers down there? Got one coming up, at Stansted too. Do you book a room or kip at the port all night?

ormer Italy striker Mario Balotelli was booked for complaining to the referee about alleged racist chants as his Nice side lost to Dijon.
The ex-Manchester City and Liverpool forward was unhappy with the reaction from the home fans when he missed a shot in the 72nd minute, gesturing to the Dijon supporters to be quiet.
He spoke to referee Nicolas Rainville, who showed him a yellow card.

FFS.

In the Lenny Henry the airport. Premier Inn. Got a boss deal for £30 for Monday night on an offer they had on. Or £15 PP in a twin so it was a no-brainer.

Never stayed there before. Previously if there's had to have been an overnighter for an early morning flight, stayed the Travelodge at Great Dunmow a few times which is just off the M11 about 10 minutes give or take from the airport. Does the job sound (always slept well there for a TL with a decent bar and food) and normally runs around 20 notes or so PP in a twin IIRC.

Yeah I wouldn’t of said that he was. The prem has had some great passers. Scholes, Gerrard, Lampard, Alonso, Carrick, Ozil, Beckham, Silva, Bergkamp, Cesc, Giggs even the likes of Ginola, Tugay, Barnes but don’t think it was the Prem back then

You're good. All PL. Only Barnes and Giggs cross over from the arl' First Division.

Madrid just live for the CL. Ronaldo is **** btw :P 3-1 tie over. PSG doing what PSG do best in Europe.

Honestly last few years Ronaldo>Messi as far as I'm concerned. Grinding bags of goals against **** La Liga teams is one thing, but Cristiano just comes alive is those big games against toughest opponents, despite his increasing physical limitations.

Interview of Gianni Infantino from Eurosport.fr:
https://www.eurosport.fr/football/t...volutionner-le-mercato_sto6624307/story.shtml

TRANSFERS - The revolution is coming. Willing to reform the transfer system and the mercato in general, Gianni Infantino, president of FIFA, fixed eleven "essential" points to analyse according to him. And hang on, the changes are brutal. From a possible salary cap for transfers, here is an overview of the wishes of the boss of world football.
"This is a revolution", here is how we could start the speech of Gianni Infantino the day the day when his proposals will eventually approved. Since his arrival at the head of FIFA in February 2016, he didn't hide his willingness to change the rules and to redistribute the cards. Especially for everything concerning the transfer window and its drifting...
[h=3]Commissions of agents fixed by a regulation?[/h] Like explained in L'Equipe this friday, Infantino went from words to deeds. Last 19th of October, the FIFA president briefed the commission of the actors of the football, who has been working for some time now on a complete reform of the regulation of the transfer window. In front of this commission, the 47 years old man fixed "eleven essential points to analyse and threat", so it's possible to "preserve the competitive balance of football".
Let's get into details now. The first point concerns agents and intermediaries who deal with transfers. Those "could be paid by the players" and and commissions "laid down by a regulation", with the goal to avoid the growing inflation of those commissions. As example, Mino Raiola is accused of receiving 49 millions euros for the transfer of Paul Pogba at Manchester United in 2016.
[h=3]Coutinho, Neymar, Dembélé... Infantino says stop[/h] Another very sensitive point, the crazy sums of today's transfers. Neymar to PSG for 222 millions euros, Ousmane Dembélé to Barça for 105 millions euros (+42 of bonus) or even Coutinho for 160 millions... Gianni Infantino does not want to see that anymore. This is how he announces that "regulation is essential" for the sums of the transfers, with a possible maximum ceiling not to be exceeded. For him, there must be only one transfer window per year and not two, the second transfer window (winter) should be conserved "only under certain conditions and restrictions".
Regarding the loan formula of a player, more and more popular nowadays, Infantino also wants to regulate this point and prevent some clubs from being like affiliates. And concerning player salaries, often considered indecent? Same story as for transfers, with a possible salary cap established, eventually "based on club revenues". A reform that needs to be debated, like the previous ones, during the next commission (February 28)... before being eventually adopted next October. Meanwhile, no one doubts that there is still work to do.

Great goal that. Rochdale should be out of site. Spurs been terrible. Tbh though can’t take anything away from Rochdale. Been fantastic and not give Spurs a minute.

Gotta feel for Rochdale! Should of been 3 up at HT. Could and maybe should of had 2 peno. Then undone by the softest pen at the end with Alli making a right meal of it. Never a pen!

Get in deserved for Rochdale!

Well those proposed transfer changes look surprisingly sensible. I always thought it was bullshit the transfer window remains open with season already on the way, which puts smaller teams in particular under huge pressure.
