Monthly Review


Another really solid month from the lads. Really happy with our work at the back conceding so few and managing to still smash home the goals. Bertoli has once again been outstanding and HAS to be in the top 3 for the Ballon d'Or and World Player of the Year. In other news Stevie G has beem given his first manager job

So Javi Martinez and Douglas Costa are obviously the big ones. Martinez will a perfect model for Jack Beckham as they're really similar players, Xabi Alonso is off in the summer anyway, he was only back-up anyway. Douglas Costa will rotate with Raheem Sterling on the right wing. The rest are young regens who look decent and may develop into starters, no-one to get too excited about though.


Outs

The big name on the list in Kevin De Bruyne, with the arrival of Douglas Costa and Sterings form he would have really struggled for game time. He's been immense for us and is still a great player, didn't want him to just rot on the bench/reserves so I let him go. Rodrigo left to get some first team game time, same with Noel and Walter. Louis Hudson who I got through my youth system a few seasons back left for United, I cleverly put a buy back clause of ?10m just in case he becomes immense for them. He has potential but with Bertoli and Fierro he never would have got games here.

Monthly Review


PHEW!! What a month, and what a set of results. Chuffed about the United game, Fierro was just incredible. Straight after that he smashed in a hat-trick against Blackpool then a brace against Villa!!! Sadly he got injured and sidelined for a month. Aaron Overson stepped up well though scoring 5 goals this month.

In other news Bertoli came third in both the big awards!!

Another great month. The win over Barca easily the highlight, I'm confident now with the away goals we have that we can now progress!! Glad to get revenge on the Hammers as well in such emphatic style!! We won the Capital One Cup once again, seems to be tradition!
