Our main target is Neymar as it has been for the past year. I think we will get him summer. I doubt we'll sign Lukaku. According to Christian Larrson (FreddieBoswell7) Neymar is 100% joining Chelsea and they have agreed a price.

That means nothing, I believe he isn't the partner of the woman and he's going to let her bring the child up and he will pay a lot of money for child allowance. And not at one point in what he posted on his website did he say that he won't be moving because of it. Christian Larrson says he's is 100% joining Chelsea and he is rarely wrong.

They are all extremely unreliable they all use external sources of media (mainly from papers and TALKSPORT - LOL) that are just rumours and nothing more. Christian Larrson is an ex-scout and talks to agents, he has a lot of contact with them, has their email and talks to them on regular basis. He's one of the most reliable sources for transfer news.
