I'm always interested in good/your work as it proved to be great for me in the past. However I never managed to choose the right approach/choice and somehow keep give up on this.

I think the biggest mistake people make is that whilst they change approach/version and adapt to how the opponent might play, they don't change the kind of players they use. Take an example , like Man City, for some tough matches, I would use Yaya as the AMC whilst in the " easier ones", I would use Silva there, just like Valencia would be the better choice over Nani in some matches when playing with Utd. So, think more about your players, less about the version
