Perhaps Modric handing in a transfer request has caused the change.

That's what Im thinking,

Its not Nasri because The Times has a piece on Nasri tomorrow saying he will sign a 3 year extension by the end of the Asian tour, so unless they know something we don't know at all its not Nasri. Pastore...Doubt MUFC would go for him for some reason, Ganso? Set for Milan, either this summer/January. Montolivo is available but I doubt Fergie would be that 'cheap' in getting a world class midfielder (rate Monty and at 18 million euros he will be a bargain). Schweinsteiger/Modric seems the only obvious two left in my mind where developments could have happened.

Gill is flying out to the USA to meet up with MUFC squad tonight so that's where he is, something MUST be in the pipeline because United need fresh blood in the centre of the midfield...

Beginning to sound like FM. :)

Hamsik wants out (dont understand why) and Vidal is for sale at 17M, you know hw i feel about the former, and the latter is a deep lying playmaker/long range netbuster/midfield tank rolled into one

REALLY?!! :D :D :D :D :D

How do you know?

Read it tomorrow,

Direct Mailed Ben Smith at the times after he followed me for to ask me about the Italian media I told him about, he mentioned the Times were going have an 'update' on Nasri tomorrow.

Told him what I thought on Nasri about it being a stunt by his agent that has blown into a mammoth thing after solid interest/bids/speculation came in and he said the piece tomorrow would be positive for Arsenal fans...

So I assume he's going to confirm what I said all along about Nasri resigning, he has no reason why not to. Only potential hiccup is if MCFC come in for Nasri and offer him 200k+ wages your **** right he will go, but AW said Nasri will stay at Arsenal even if he leaves for free next summer. Pretty certain he is staying.

Ferguson press conference will hopefully (I know Im praying to a false god here) be slightly more enlightening/confusing but I wont be holding my breath...

Got a link about Hamsik? Would probably fit better than Sneijder anyhow, just never thought he was available.

Milan is making a move for Schweinsteiger...

By the way, if some news agencies are to be trusted, Tottenham will let Modric go for 34 Mil €.

So Milan are rumoured to be after Ganso, Hamsik and Schweinsteiger? When did they hire 'Arry?

The Schweini move has been already put in this thread by someone else, I just read it again at a croatian newspaper webpage...

About the Ganso/Hamsik part I didn't know until I read it in this thread :D

Hamsik quote today:

De Laurentiis: ''I have to admit I made an error when I wrote Marek's contract...I put in a release clause of 100 million euros, that's far too low and I fear clubs will come in and steal him''.

Gamesmanship but he will not sell Hamsik short of 50 million, something you should know; De Laurentiis+Zamparini=May as well be one in the same.

I'm struggling to see the angle, could be BS from Bayern if Galliani thinks he is available and on the market I would presume Gill/MUFC would. Probably another twist coming...

If he sells us Hamsik at a reasonable price then he can have all the friendlies he wants off us. <3

That would make my day.

Well The Times piece is weighing the possibility of City for Nasri...

But anyway they are half talking out of their backsides because the piece is based around Vieira playing some role in the transfer since he is a 'City executive'...Well I mean he is head of Football Development (youth) and I would really not call Nasri a kid would you? They emphasise it is an improbability but not an impossibility...

If they were to rationalise for one second all the factors and none of it supports the theory that Samir Nasri wants to leave, even looking at his last Twitter comment and the time he's having at Malaysia, still expect him to stay and sign on for reasons I've said before...

Plus Wenger+Nasri do have a 'bond' and Nasri's agent played up this whole thing in June to get AFC to up their 80k a week offer for Nasri and did not expect CFC/MUFC/AC to come in with such firm interest/bids probably scared him into rushing negotiations with AFC because Nasri does't want the move. Wenger has been adamant as well in insisting Nasri will be staying even saying he will let him run down his contract and go for free if it comes to it (it wont).

Times article written by Ducker/Smith (Northern 'Manc' club specialists), shouldn't have raised your hopes that they would write an informed article...

But doesn't change the fact he will resign.

Read it in The Times tomorrow, its a pretty porous joint article with such a weak link at the centre of it in Vieira-Nasri and playing up Vieira as a City executive, almost as if he was director of football...Utter nonsense.

Times=Not much better than tabloids half the time to be honest...

Because Murdoch owns it. Murdoch sucks, so The Times must also suck by association!
