Liverpool have negotiated a 'Barce type' deal for Aquilani-Milan.

AC Milan have negotiated a similar deal to the one they negotiated with Barce for Ibra.

Technically a loan and no money will be paid for the player until next summer...

Liverpool paying off Aquilani €1.19m to sign on loan at AC Milan, then next summer (2012) AC Milan will pay Liverpool €9m regardless. Also if he wins a CL at AC Milan then Liverpool get an extra €850k, few more add ons totalling the deal at around €11m for Aquilani.

Bargain for AC Milan.

Galliani/Zavaglia meeting in Milan tomorrow for the personal terms then Aquilani should be officially a Milan player come Wednesday.

Also Weiss-Kyiv should go through tomorrow after he had his medical Friday, fee is around €3.5m. Bit of a backwards move for Weiss, thought he would end up at a top club somewhere after so much promise.

Nasri plays on Wednesday=No chance of a move happening.

If Wenger has his way and plays Nasri in the CL game which I think he will then the move is off/dead/no go whatever you want to call it.

That's the defining moment for me, this Wednesday will either make or break the deal.

the guardian said we have permisson to speak to M'Villa?

that true?

Arsène Wenger has responded to Arsenal's troubled start to the season by making a bid for the Rennes holding midfielder Yann M'Vila. The manager's attempt to strengthen his team came as hopes grew that Jack Wilshere will return from ankle trouble to face Udinese in Wednesday's pivotal Champions League play-off second leg.

M'Vila, who has established himself as a regular in the France team, would cost £12m. The 21-year-old is under contract until 2015 but Rennes have allowed Wenger to talk to him. Arsenal's manager also has an interest in Sochaux's attacking midfielder Marvin Martin

im sure he will play. a tricky tie to Udinese, and we already saw that they are dangerous.

M'vila has much more to his game than your average DM, though.

We made a bid of 20mill (not sure if it was Euro or pound) and it was rejected. The chairman then said M'Vila wasn't for sale.

Great journalism.

The money Arsenal make getting to the CL knockouts >>>>>> Money from Nasri Sale. Among other things that will be in Wenger's head, not just about doing as well as they can

Wouldn't mind a bit of M'Vila and Song holding. M'Vila (of what I've seen) is so much more than a holding player. Good on the ball, great althete, and a upcoming french international. Yes please.

Address left back too, and try and keep nasri, and IF there's more time, Centre Back.

PLEASE <3

= no excuses for not buying the quality they desperately need

Definitely no excuses. From their actual budget including all transfers in and out, plus the significant funds Gadzidis would relsea if needed means Arsenal have up to £70m ( that includes wages). Not that it means Wenger hasnt been looking but that money is less of a factor than at previous times

No discussion of the Lucho Gonzalez loan bid that Deschamps has confirmed was lodged/rejected?

If Arsene goes back in with an 7m euros bid then would be be the type of player Arsenal fans would want?
