Reports around that both boyd and Taylor have rejected personal terms....
Was suprised to read that, could bolster their already strong squad.
think he going to play 3 at the back and 2 winkbacks so richards may play as 1 of the 3cbRichards > Maicon, i do not get this signing.
4 mil euros for Maicon? Steal.
Man City just spending money for the sake of it...
They don't need Maicon or Sinclair.

Heskey to Manchester United, done deal.
How Emile Heskey could save Manchester United's season – Telegraph Blogs
That can't be good. Longer this goes on, less time to get in suitable replacements, and obviously not good for Ipswich either.. And there's nothing worse than uncertainty. Somethiing I've (until now) pretty much come to expect being an Everton fan lol. The joy that is the transfer window......
We are already prepared for life without them. We have Tomlin, Emile Sinclair, Tyrone Barnett, maybe even Mendez-Laing to fill the gaps in our front 3 left by Boyd and Taylor. Boyd has been playing in a deeper role in the last 18 months anyway, so we dont need another forward to replace him really, as long as we keep hold of McCann in midfield (god knows why he's transfer listed) then we have enough in central midfield to cope.
The problem is that those 4 forwards aren't yet of a championship standard, aside from Tomlin and maybe Barnett, so survival this year might be tough.
Boyd owes us nothing, he's stuck with the club (loan move to Forest aside) through thick and thin and has been a fantastic servant. Taylor on the other hand, whilst obviously far too talented to be playing for a small championship team, owes us everything. He was rotting in the 4th tier of Belgium football with various drugs offences clouding his short career, no club wanted to offer him a deal. Fergie took a risk on an obvious talent and gambled on being able to control/improve his off the field antics. It worked and he's been a total success. We offered him a 4 year deal as the highest paid player ever at London Road in April, he rejected it. He owes so much to this club, jumping ship now shows the character of the bloke.
If there's one thing that really gets my goat is that sort of situation, when a manager takes a big risk on a player, puts an arm around him, helps him-basically a father figure if you will, gives them a clean slate to go from-and all they get is a slap in the face-basically shaft the manager without giving a dam. Thankfully we extremely rarely have that situation at Everton (though Drenthe was a bit of a **** off-field), but it doesn't make it any less infuriating to watch it happen at other clubs.
