When you will release it? I am looking for a good 4123 tactic for a while and this one reminds me of the early Joker versions. Very strong at the back and solid attack. GJ man!

Once testing is done and I am happy with the results.

Impressive possession % with Southampton, having the ball is a good way of defending.
 
Building around the new 433 Zyndar, and i just got this guy. Thought i change to see if this is more defensive than the 4231, hoping i wont let as many goal in now. but time will tell :D

Leonardo has decent stats at the age of 20, but I can say the DLP is pretty silent in the 433 version. CMa, the 2 IFs and the DLFs are the top performers.
 
What do you think about using the 4-3-3 version as a more defensive version when in the lead or facing a very good team? (real madrid etc) ive been having great success with the first one as Spurs :)

It is a good idea since you can change tactics with 1 sub and OIs are also the same.
 
Just a small update on the 433. going very well atm, For training am using attacking for general for 3 months then i was thinking of either fitness or defence, for the next 3 months then back to attacking. and defence possision for match tactic.

PS ive just noticed i played Puskas in a friendly (in screenshot) didn't know until i clicked on the team and seen his face that you had on that tactic in FM16 lol.

Right!. Lets just get right to the point. The 433 tactic is ofc more solid at the back than the 4231. This was my 3rd season with Charlton in the premier league, the first two seasons i scored over 70+ goals but let in 60+ goals in with the 4231. Now in the 3rd season (and the 433 was a new tactic) i scored the same amount of goals BUT i didnt let in as many as the the 4231, thats why i did a lot better this season than my other 2.

Also having better players than the first 2 seasons, some players are the same but they got better, and some are new ones in the 3rd season. So having better players is a no brainer that the tactic is getting better.

Only cup i didn't win was the premier league man utd are just spending money for fun and won it 4 times now.

Great season matty, congrats for all the cup wins! These young players are looking awesome, they will be even better next season! I wish I could have such players in my FGR squad.
 
To the users of the 4231 version: did you tried to remove 'get stuck in' instruction to reduce the number of yellow cards?
