Thanks, glad you're enjoying this save .

I'd love to get the Icelandic league to number one, but I doubt that will be possible do to how poor the other Icelandic teams do in Europe. They never even make the group stages of the Europa League.
My aim's at the moment is to win the Europa League if I end up in that competition otherwise my main aim is to eventually win the Champions League.

What a performance!! What a Win!! We needed to win to finish 2nd but I didn't think we would do it. We were brilliant out there, and 'Indridi Thorlaksson' scored one of the best free-kicks I've seen in this FM.

I'm happy with how our pre-season fixtures went. The only slight disappointment was that we conceded 3 goals against Selfoss even though we won 5-3.

6 players in total leave the club.
The more notable transfers were Daniel Helgesson leaving to join 'PSV Eindhoven' for a fee of ?300k & Ryan Arce leaving to join 'Braga' for a fee of ?130K. I feel I should have got more for these players, but both wanted to leave and were not playing great, so I decided to just let them go.
2 young keepers ( Finnur Thorvardarson & Gudmunder Steinn Sevrrison) leave the club to join 'KRC Genk & CFR Cluj' respectively.
The other 2 players to leave were young midfielder Arnar Johannesson who joins 'Keflavik' on a free & young wingur 'Baldur Gisli Masson who leaves after his contract ran out.

We were again drawn as 3rd seeds, and 3rd is where I expect us to finish. Barcelona should win this group easily, while I also feel Lyon will be too strong for us. Just like last year we also have Sparta Prague in our group, and I expect them to finish bottom.

A youth intake I can be very happy with this year. We have a potential world class player in attacking midfielder 'Viktor Mar Gardarsson'. Winger Arnthor Adolfsson also looks like being a very good player, but as I don't use wingers i'll look to convert him into either a striker or a central midfielder.

We sold a few players for good fees, as I'm still looking to get all our loan dept clear.
Last years top goal scorer 'Sigurdur Saeburg Juliusson' leaves for a fee of ?800k to Italian side Cagliari. He hasn't been anywhere near as prolific this year, and has had a few injury problems so I decided to let him go.
Young midfielder 'Birkir Mar Magnusson' leaves to join Scottish side Rangers for a fee of ?4.4M. He was already showing signs of become a star player, but I felt the fee was too good to turn down.
Our final player to leave was midfielder 'Kristoffer Jensen' who joins 'Braga' for a fee of ?2.4M. Again I felt the offer was too good to turn down.

He looks like he could be legendary. I look forward to watching him develop. Unfortunately Lyon look a really good side, and their manager is the ex Valur manager who hates me lol. I guess it gives us even more incentive to try and pull off an upset.

I had hoped we could get something out of this game considering we had a man advantage for about 60% of the game. We conceded very late in the game, and I leave the Nou Camp slightly disappointed.
