What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

Trying to find a way that they can all play well together... and if it is wasting Iniesta a bit having him at AML, or will he excel there.

Both Villa and Messi are hreat trequistas tho villa is a bad poacher,
why dont you play a 4-1-3-1-1.It would be a very narrow diamond but ill show you
DMC-Busquets(AM sounds ok)
MC- Xavi is a DLP
MC- Fabregas is a DLP
MC Iniesta is an advanced playmaker
AMC-Messi as a trequista
FC-Villa is capable of playing man striker roles.

anybody got any idea on how to play Jano? I played him as a trequartisa but he didn't play so well. Now hes on the left wing he's playing a little better but not too well

Maybe an inside forward.I curretly have him in my PSG save in my under 19's until next season anyway but I had him in an older Chelsea save and he played second fiddle to my then(chelsea) and current(PSG) AML Elia as an inside forward and he played really well.
 
what about falcao(dont want to play him as target man ) villa(aml) and hulk (amr) ????

Well I know you dont want to but Falcao is a target man.Villa should be played up top along side falcao as a poacher abd Hulk should be played as an inside forward
 
and can you tell me should i play otamendi(central defeneder-cover) and Maicon(central defender defend)-maicon from porto ?
 
I'm running Juan Manuel Mata in my Arsenal-game as a inside forward on the left.
So far he scored 1 goal & gave 3 assists in 15 Premier League matches.
He needs to do more better. Anyone can give me some hints on how to play him best?
 
What Roles and Duties do you think I should use for these players, They are very good young players so you may not have heard of them but i will bost their stats here, Well you will know Macheda but I doubt you will know the other two, Thanks a lot if you can help.
