What Roles and Duty's best suit my players?

try Trequartista or Poacher, but I prefer Trequartista :)

Antonio Valencia - RW or AMR - Winger
Ashley Young - AML - Inside foward
Sandro - DMC - Anchor man / MC - Deep Lying Playmaker
Nicolas Lodeiro - AMC - Advanced playmaker
Moussa Sissoko - DMC - Anchor Man / MC - Box to Box
Ryan Giggs - AML - Advanced Playmaker
Ji-Sung Park - AMR - Winger
 
what role should i play samaras in, i have played him as a poacher in a 4-2-3-1 formation a nd has done well but i wanted to see if you have any other ideas
 
Playing Hamsik in MC role as a Deep Lying Playmaker in my United game but really not playing well. Playing along Giggs who is an Advanced Playmaker and he plays 7.8 rating + every game...amazing.

What role should Hamsik play?

Marek Hamsik - MC - Box to Box or Advanced Playmaker

hello mate, what's the best role for Edin Dzeko, Nikola Kalinic, Robert Acquafresca, Miralem Pjanic, Eduardo Salvio, Marko Marin. and Giorgio Chiellini :)

I play him as stated above, AMR - Inside Forward - Attack, here's a screenshot of him at the end of February 2011, second season at Barca.

20 goals + 21 assists in 28 appearances this season. Try it and let the magic flow :D

Macheda is best as a poacher, here's a screenshot from my Barcelona save, first season for Macheda at the age of 19 now, not bad at all considering he's had some time to gel in with the squad.

The subs in are always in the 70th minute, so I wouldn't really consider them as full appearances, I'd discount them at 1:4, so your real apps for this player would be 25 apps in which he's scored 15 goals + 6 assists.
 
If i play flat 5 man midfield..

Park Ji Sung - Lodeiro/Sandro (depending on opposing team) - Sissoko - Fletcher - Ashley Young

Edin Dzeko - Target Man - support
Robert acquafresca - Poacher or Target man - attack
Miralem Pjanic - AMC - Advanced Playmaker - attack
Eduardo Salvio - AMR - winger - attack
Marko Marin - AMR - winger - attack
Giorgio Chiellini - CB - Ball playing defender - cover
