What Roles and Duty's best suit my players?

Hi, I'm playing Arsenal and I bought Sanchez, I played him as AMR Winger , played him as poacher but currently he's not doing much... This made Walcott better... Is this my formation problem, his problem, or is it only for the first few games that he's flopping?

1) what formation are you using? 4-5-1? or 4-4-2?
2) Sanchez's best role is at Poacher or Inside Forward
3) if Walcott is playing well at Amr, leave Sanchez upfront
4) he is new, he does not speak English, he will need time to adjust to new league etc, gel with teammates and get into the swing of things

Higuain - Deep Lying forward - Attack (Poacher)
Defoe - Poacher
Aguero - Trequirista (Complete Forward - Attack)
Keane - Advanced Forward - Attack

i would start Aguero and Higuain together.

Aguero -Complete Forward
Higuain - Poacher

In my second season with Southampton (Championship) and have- perhaps somewhat naively- bought a lot of talented foreigners and youngsters.

What positions/instructions are likely to get the best out of the following?

Dodo
Deniz Naki
James Rodriguez
Javan Vidal
Stuart Holden
Tom Cleverly

Also, do I need to wait until the foreigners can speak English before picking them regularly?

Hi i really nead help with my fm manager season number 1.I never played this b4 but my mates say its a really good game if u love football witch i do.But im really finding it difficult finding there duties,tactics,and so on.I have signed sol.Campbell,Macheda on loan,Sibierski,and please can u give me duties for my players,I dont know football a much as i thought i did!
