What Roles and Duty's best suit my players?

I am in Man City, playing 4-2-4 formation, with Aguero and Tevez as a strikers..What role and duty should i gave to them?
 
this is a question related to the thread

is it possible to train a player so that a position which is "accomplished" becomes natural?

my circumstances are that i can't afford a quality CB for my West Brom team and Gojko Kacar is filling in although a natural CM

i think this should be possible if you play them and keep them training in that position you only have to look at Dirk Kuyt to prove this can be done

Hazard - Attacking midfielder, Advanced playmaker
Not sure about Honda sorry, maybe Central midfield - Attack?

honda; i think he is similar to totti style, midfield play as striket.
somebody help me on honda.

Edit: Try Honda, Centre midfield - Attack.

Just signed Dzeko for Man Utd, playing the normal flat 4-4-2 with Rooney and him up front.

What would i play them both as?

Also could Nicolas Lodeiro play on the left as a winger or would i need to psuh him one..

Rooney - Complete forward, Dzeko - Target Man (Support)
I find with Lodeiro inside forward works well.
