Got to start in lower leagues! What's the point in starting at a prem/championship club ! Money to spend players to sell? League 2 or none league all the way! ... Southend utd my fav league 2 team of FM14 !

not to sure but i think forest start with like 5 mill budget and new owners so if their is any think it be very small same with derby debt be minimal if any

Southend is a good league 2 team to start with! Mid table expected but they have a good squad to achieve at least play offs in your first season!

I'm not great at the game but want to do a "proper" team I want it to be as easy as possible to achieve the required expectations and a decent budget to build for the future.
