What Team Should I be? - FM 2014

Preferred League: BPL, Ligue 1, Bundusliga, Serie A, Liga BBVA
Financial information: Good Transfer budget around 10m
Expected position: (I.e Winners, Mid-table etc) Mid-table, Top-half
Training/youth facilities:at least 4 star youth/ 3.5 training.
 
Got to start in lower leagues! What's the point in starting at a prem/championship club ! Money to spend players to sell? League 2 or none league all the way! ... Southend utd my fav league 2 team of FM14 ! :)

Financial - Budget is irrelevant as im happy to work with what I have and sell star players If I have too
Expected position - Anywhere above relegation

The key thing I want is to be able to develop current youngsters at the club (non regens) whilst still having some good players at the club!

Ideally there's been some history behind the club, I want to bring it back to success again, so it has decent reputation, finances don't matter though

Hey guys, looking for a team for a long tearm save in Norway/Sweden/denmark in either of the respective leagues top two divisions! any good suggestions?

Financial information: Secure ( Descent transfer budget. At least 200-300k)
Expected position: Mid-table ( 7th - 16th )
Training/youth facilities: At least average/At least average

Looking for a decent side that'll eventually end up in Champions League. Any suggestions?
 
Southend is a good league 2 team to start with! Mid table expected but they have a good squad to achieve at least play offs in your first season!

Financial information: decent budget (relatively) no debt problems ie any debt is extremely manageable
Expected position: anything but winning league (except championship)
Training/youth facilities: youth as good as possible
I'm not great at the game but want to do a "proper" team I want it to be as easy as possible to achieve the required expectations and a decent budget to build for the future.
 
League One, Championship team? Preferrably good facilities, a great save that can keep me playing the game
