Hi guys, I've recently gotten into FM again and found a pretty good tactic but it still need a bit of sharpening. So I was wondering how you guys improve your tactics. Do you look at analysis, reports, action zones, etc? And if so how does that reflect in the changes for your tactic?

I cannot find a formation with which I can beat a team that plays 4-4-2. What would be the best formation to beat it? Prefer ones without 3 central defenders as I am short in that departement. I've tried copying 4-4-2, tried 4-4-1-1, 4-2-3-1, 4-1-2-2-1... nothing seems to work.

Im currently spending around 40k for wages and my budget is 55k. For my transfer budget I have around 2m. But when my offer for a player gets accepted I can only offer around 300 pounds per week eventhough I should be able to offer around 15k. Can I fix this somehow? I'm Crewe btw

Ever since I started playing Classic mode I feel like it is set-up to be easier. It seems tactics don't have as much influence as in normal mode. I wanted to get your input on this since I feel like I'm not winning because of my tactics but because this mode was made easier. What do you guys think?

Is there a way to see a player's future staff role attributes?

Is it possible to edit the interface so when you select a player it shows his attribute graph (like in previous versions) and not only attributes? I know if you select attributes it shows you the graph but I'd like for it to be in the main player screen as well

Im having a really hard time getting Suarez to score. He just blasts the ball over the goal or shoots directly at the keeper. Im trying to get him to place his shots but he looks reluctant to learn. Also trying to increase his composure and finishing but so far no luck. Any tips?
