Thx for the reply. I think I will get a playmaker with more flair. Sometimes my team just passes it around until they eventually lose the ball. In these situations must be important for the players to have the flair to create something out of nowhere.

Is flair necessary for players to be good at dribbling? Is it the flair stat that makes the players able to the special tricks in game where they move very unpredictable and feint in different directions often. Nani is like this, although in my game he is almost floating around? Lol.

Thanks. I didn't think it was possible. But I thought saw Marvin Martin retrained as central midfielder to natural, then I started a new game and he was only accomplished. I wasn't sure if I checked right in the first placed. But I assume the AI will do this aswell if they feel they can use...

Is it possible to get a player to be natural in a position, or is accomplished the highest u can retrain to?

My team has anything but creative players. So maybe I should invest in at least one.

Is Teamwork and Workrate more important when you use a fluid system than a rigid? Players have to be better at working together in a fluid, no? I am about to pick a team with many good teamplayers, and can't if I should go with fluid or rigid.
