boardroom request bug fixed where you ask for better training facilities, then when they're 90% completed the board says "we've decided to upgrade the training facilities, it'll take a year from now"... no... you had nearly finished it, why restart? drives me insane.

Attendances are extremely sluggish to rise, it becomes very apparent when you take an average team to a very high level in a short space of time. Keep winning at that level and the attendances will rise, slowly but surely.

Does anyone know the factors governing work rate? I've been fining and demoting my team and this guy ends up with a +2 within the space of a single month. I've seen similar things happen to "aggression" as well. No tutoring. Extremely useful for a lower league full back!

stats aren't great IMO, the only top ones are free kicks/pens. if your assistant manager has 20 potential scouting then I'm sure he will be good but it'll take some work. I'd put him on conditioning and find a good tutor.

Going to get very hard in a few years, make sure you invest heavily in top quality youth coaches and cross your fingers every March. Are you allowing yourself to buy youth players from feeder clubs? At least your squad harmony will be excellent

scout him for 3 games, if the 20/20 comes to the same conclusion each time, chances are he's not going to improve much. he's ok but far from a world class striker with that pace/composure/technique. Some players just don't improve. The wonderkid I posted a few days ago is exactly the same...
