Which is the best instructions for Dzeko playing him upfront with Tevez? (Tevez is playing as a poacher)

I've had work permit applications turned down for Renan, Otamendi and Dzeko, all in the transfer window at the start of my second season. I'm Man City. Is their anyway round it? Or does anyone know why it keeps happening?

Noticed he's also capable of playing in that position, wondered if anyone had any experience with him at Left Back?

I feel i've had a very successful season goalscoring wise. Just look at how many goals my two strikers scored (Tevez & Adebayour). Just wondered if anyone had been as successful with the players already at a club?
