Yes, and as you can see, it works well. 3-1 away wins against Arsenal and Tottenham.
This is an example of how strong this tactic is. Just plug it in a team that was having a troubled season, forced to use whatever team they had, and even so: 6 games, 6 wins, 17-2 in goals. Could it be more impressive?

I leave Oi's and general training to the *** man. I just set the individual training like the role on the field.

Yes, that's what I've been saying. At least for me, that only play FMT and totally ignore OI's, this is the best of the best. I feel almost every other great tactic to be too dependent of the OI's.

Once I get home I'll post the screen of goal assists in my stoke save. But I feel it has been balanced between both.

Download the xmas tree and the 442 see which players are most suited, as people are posting recents SS you can assume its on the latest patch as well. The ME has really changed much since launch if i remember.

I have tried all the tactics here and I think you can simply pick any tactic and have huge success with Juve.
Here's my verdict on each tactic

442 very good attack, weak defend against crossing, best for mid to top team
4141 very good defence best for weak team or use for hard away games
4231 excellent attack, weak defend against crossing, best for mid to top team
3412/343 very good attack, good defence best for any team, 343 works better for me in Italian league
xmas tree crazy control and possession, good attack and defence
