I have also just received this drivers licence/passport verification email, which is strange because my paypal address is the same as the details I registered with, but heyho, at least I'm seeing progress.
But we use nexway because they are a reputable digital e-commerce specialist. I know that Kaspersky, EA and Ubisoft use them, so you shouldn't worry about your details being compromised.
As to why they need further documentation, i have no idea why, but there must be a reason from their end. I accept it's different to a bank doing it.
But let's say (and it's an incredibly small chance, but obviously one they are looking to cut out) in another situation, you were the victim of an attempted fraud, but nexways system prevents someone from acquiring FM13 at your expense, you'd be glad right?
After doing this, I have received two emails- one with my order number and one with my invoice number (they are two different numbers, I presume this is correct?) and the order email looks like the one you uploaded to here. So fingers crossed now.

Ok so eb games took like 3 days to send me the beta code for pre order so i cancelled my order with them, one of the main reasons for swapping to a digital copy was for carrying round a hard copy whilst im travelling (in oz at the moment) just though i'd throw this on here as they confirmed my order was cancelled yet still sent me a pre order beta code??
Not 100% sure it will work for anyone but meh thought i'd see if anyone has any use for it

I usually buy the disc from a store so any info would be appreciated.
I can already see myself booking off the 2nd and waiting all day for no game to arrive.

Providing nexway dont flag the transaction for fraud (has happened on a small percentage of our sales) you should get the code from us within a couple of hours.

Ohhh the excitement begins.....
One thing I may be getting mixed up with, if I pre order, from here for example, is that pre ordering just the activation codes to download the beta then full version so I'll never receive a disc and box?? Or do you get the codes and the disc gets sent on the 2nd?
Just wondering if our saves from our beta versions will work with the full release, free of bugs well less bugs? or would we have to start over to benefit from any bugs removal?
