LIVERPOOL CHALLENGE
I decided to take this club as my new challenge,only because people crying how bad is Liverpool.My answer for them is to learn how to play Fm properly.Realistic achievement for this team is top 3 in Premiership so that will be my goal in first season,also i will try not to buy world class players to have more challenge.
WHAT TO DO
1-start game in June,use Croatian league for starting also add Brazil and Argentina.
2-Chose your season expectation as title challenge,kick Gerrard from first team and apoint Reina as new captain.
3-Sign Valdir de Moraes as assistant manager and give him task of handling your match preparation,training and team talks.Sign Pantaleo Corvino as your scout,and Paulo Carneiro as your director of football and give him task of finding clubs for players who are transfer listed.Sign Paul Wisper,and Nicola Bisciotti for your fitness coach,also sign your reserve manager as coach.
4-Put these players on transfer list:Cole,Downing,Henderson,Caragher,Doni,Asaidi,Pacheco.Promote Jack Robinson in first team and put Sterling on loan list and send him in U18 team.
5-play my tactic 4-2-2-2 false defense.
6-Buy Vukojevic,Ademilson,Mattheus
7-Arange 2 friendly matches against low reputation teams before Euro cup matches start,and one more before season starts.
8-When you have more money buy M.Clayton,W.Hughes, also both of them can be tutored by Suarez and Gerrard.
9-Buy Toby Alderweirld for big money and retrain him for position of defensive midfielder anchorman he can rotate with Vukojevic.
10.Try to do team meeting before season start.
Your main focus is Premiership,play Euro Cup with your reserves,also send U-18 team for FA cup and League cup.Your first attacking reserve is Ademilson,and advanced playmaker W.Hughes,for Anchorman use Vukojevic .On the start season Leiva is injured so use Toby as ancorman and Vukojevic as dmc.

As you can see my situation is not realy good even I have 3 matches less then City obvius reason is form of City who is pushing hard and will be realy hard for me to stop them.My best player in team is 17 year old W.Hughes together with 18 year old Mattheus,both of them playing on very high level so two of them are pure example that age is not realy important in Fm.Strenght of this team is in defense , who is doing fantastic job for me i hope only that my atack will improve in near future.In absence of Gerrard,curently i have only 3 playmakers,so I decided to buy one of my favorite players K.Honda,30m on 48 rates.If you look hist atributes,he is perfect team player,also his set pieces and free kicks will bring me more goals.He will join my team first January so after that W.Hughes will go on bench.First two matches showed me that Suarez and Borini canot play together so I decided to use Ademilson with Suarez.Borini is backup for Suarez and Clayton for Ademilson.Booth Suarez and Ademilson are man of moment type of players so i dont changing them even if their match rating is low.Toby showed me that he is ready for first 11 so he is starter,L.Leiva is realy fantastic and consistent,Vukojevic is back up for them and he is doing great job even scored few goals.My worst player is J.Robinson who is tutored by J.Enrique,but he is young and substitution so I am not realy to much worried. I didnt performed very good in Europe so I finished 3 in my group and I am out of Europe so I will try switch focus on FA cup.Also my main playmaker Mattheus recived long term injury, 3 months so Hughes is my main creative force now and he is fantastic,curently second best player after Skrtel,until arival of Honda I am using Jonjo in first 11 he is also performing good.After my win against City i decided to remove Suarez from transfer list,i must say I am not happy with him he misses alot of chances,so probably I will try sell him in January.During winter transfer period I tried to sell Suarez for 10m but nobody wanted to buy him, same happened for Borini who on end I loaned to Atalanta.My winter transfer target have been P.Cisse no any success with that even I was giving Suarez and 20m.January was for my team very bad period with some bad defeats no City was also having some troubles so I was having some hope for title. Suarez have been all season on transfer list sometimes even in reserve team ,Gerrard and Caragher are still there and both of them refusing to leave Liverpool. My biggest problem for me was long term injury of Mattheus so I decided to to force W.Hughes as main playmaker what on end delivered me title and he was my main player in this season and he is pure example that age is not really important in FM.K.Honda joined me in January but he failed to impress me so I used Jonjo in first 11 and he was doing very good.My main striker have been Ademilson and Suarez have rotating with Yesil because M.Clayton didn’t performed as I expected.Liverpool strength lies in defense, my back four players performed very well also Leiva have been constant all season so that part of my team was really performing very well. On the end I think reality for Liverpool is top 3 in Premiership and that can be achieved without any problems.
MY TEAM PROBLEMS

1-team morale have been isue from begining of game for me,and everthing culminated when I loose the match against Stuttgart and hold team meeeting.On that meeting my captain Gerrard didnt suported me and he destroyed team morale so my imediate action was removing him from team captain,transfer list and transfer him to reserve team.After that i apointed Reina for Captain and morale of my team became superb because most of players suported new leader.
2-Suarez was performing badly so my action have been transfer list,after that his morale droped but he is scoring goals now and playing much better so i keep him in first 11.

1-Suarez neeed to be sold in first transfer window.
