***THE BETTER HALFS TACTIC UPLOAD & DISCUSSION

So, CCC are overvarrated?

You could win a game 5-0 with 0 CCC...

Why everybody are telling that its important to have CCC?

What will should do with tactics that announce you will have X amount of CCC using them?

Btw, I love reading your posts, you explain in depth all the tacticals aspects of the game...

Haha, no, the post is not supposed to be read " E Contrario" :) I was just saying that an approach can be just as good without Clear Cut Chances. Naturally, the same approach can created different flows during different scenarios and against different oppositions and its therefor important to watch the game and use the " tool.

TBH, couldn't find your flat 4411 tweak to the 442 compact box. Re-downloaded 442 several times but I couldn't find.
Could you re-upload or so? Could be an interest choice to my Inter save, to play Kovacic..

could you help me pick a tactic of yours, gonna use real madrid first season

As always when playing with one if the biggest clubs, no approach will let you use all those great players so here, you have to make a choice.

All depending in the dadabas you are using, I would have a look into these

Using either the 442 or the 4411( found at the bottom of the post in this link)

In the Gyroscope, perhaps use the FC FC AMC tweak mentioned in this post

i went with the 541, i look into what u reccomended they looked good but the 541 looks more like a fit for my real madrid squad, tweaked it a lil, put ronaldo the winger on the left to a striker left and as a inside forward and on the right changed wm into a winger as i signed bale

What 541 is that ?

so far so good, 4 wins in 6 in the league,12 goals and 3 against. ronaldo only scored once. got any tips to make him score more?

The Overloading Hooker

One more tactic, one that is much more attacking. Basically, its a tweak of my "The Hook" a tactic and is one that pushes back the opponent and be really aggressive. Its not a possession tactic at all, but one for those that likes to use many attacking players. Naturally, this has its cons so I would not use this if not wanting to risk any points.

The Roles are just like described in the tactic. We use a False 9 up front and a False 10 behind him. OUt wide, we have a Defensive Winger and one roaming, looking to get into the area. We have a deep playmaker and a defensive mid, along with wingbacks attacking the flanks.

Just like any tactic that have many player in advanced positions, using a high pressing game, the approach falls apart when the players dont work hard, functioning as a unit

Request a Tactic

If you need a tactic with a specific formation for top teams/middle/underdogs etc( not players at such), then just post away.

Example:" Make a tactic for my underdog Barnsley, first season in the prem. I want a Narrow 4231 that plays a more direct game on the counter. I have one really quick FC but slow defenders."

what is the trainning that you suggest tbh for your new tactic?

3 games, 3 wins, with a beautiful game played.. promising... this work with underdogs?

Mate, great start, good work ! As you might suspect, the approach is NOT made for underdogs at all, unless your team is actually better in than the opponent :d

As for training, remember that the training has nothing to do with the short term results of the tactic. If using Tactics/Balanced/Ball Control etc, this only means that the players will focus that bit extra on improving those stats.
When its comes to the " Match Preperation",its siomeuing that you need to look into for every single game. If you dont have a plan or an agandy, then dont use it at all :D

I'm a fan of Jose Mourinho and his approach. I wonder on how anyone doesn't make try to accomplish his approach here. The tactics, the training, all of that. I guess that would be interesting for your "new project".

Just an idea :)
