I have to say this is one of the most succesful and enjoyable tactics out there. What I like about it the most is that it uses a realistic formation and sensible settings to create a beautiful, fast type of football wich at times reminds me a bit of real life Real Madrid. The results have been great so far, and I will post some screenshots once the season is over.
There is only one thing I am thinking might be improved. I am not entirely convinced by the AMC settings. Considering the formation and overall philosophy* the AMC should be the fulcrum of creativity for your team, but in my experience this is not the case. I have tried different types of players here, from more creative but slower playmaker types to lightning fast attacking AMCs to deep lying forwards, but none of them excelled, none of them really did enough in terms of assists, key passes or goals.
It may well be that I am using the wrong players, but I have a feeling that there is just something not quite right about the AMC. Perhaps the creative freedom or mentality settings, because he just doesn't seem very keen to play enough ambitious through balls. Most of my team's assists, not counting set pieces, come either from the wingers or the two MCs after breaking up an attack.
*(not in strict FM terms, I am refering to the fact that this tactic is essentially playing transition football)
