Like written in the OP, you need to use the tactic(s) made with the TC. ( here called the FMC version)

Ive got that...but got confused because both files have same name:'( so for two times took same file and try to add and result was panic:)

anyway.... good job TBH...your caution 442 flat tactic (think made for FM 11 or 12) is one of the best tactic I ever played on C/FM

So I've finally finished season 1 with Everton and finished 3rd, 9pts behind City and 3 behind Spurs. I had the 2nd best defence in the league and 4th best offence.

I can pinpoint why i finished 3rd and not higher to 3 key points.

1) Squad depth. I had a very small squad with few very creative attacking players and only 1 established striker available. The reliance on the MC and ST in this tactic is very high so good players and depth for these positions seems vital.

2) Man management. I spent the first 2-3 months of the season making poor choices on teamtalks and not helping the squad to blend in training. Once i had done this, performances increased.

3) Injuries. I noticed that i primarily received a lot of injuries to players playing in the AMC, RM and DL positions. This may have been unique to my save or it may be something that comes as a result of this tactic, i guess further testing could be useful.

If you want some screens let me know and i'l happily upload for you.

And now i wanna try ur tactic with wolfsburg. And which idk which tactic i have to use ? Any help?

Sorry, I don't have time to load up a new save and look this up, you simply have to do this yourself. If you have great MR and AML then use that version, if its the other way around, then use that version.

Hi TBH your tactic for me working very good ( i am playing with Bradford team), but i do few changes.
I change style from rigid to very fluid and strategy from counter to control, but i don't know this is a good decision on these tactics?

Before change my team could not scoring, but after the change started to score goals and win. now 8 wins in row. But do not know if this will work against good teams

Sorry for my English, and thanks again :)

Great tactic for Southampton!

1. I only bought Michel as DR on winter transfer. Because 2 DR both injured on Jan, Richardson 7 weeks and Clyne 4 weeks.
2. Southampton won the FA cup, 3 - 2 Swansea
3. Southampton finally got the 4th position, qualified to Champions Cup next year.
4. Fox is player's team of the year. 16 assists. He is also the right side corner starter.
5. I won manager of the year.

I used the mirrored version. Because Fox is more like a slow full back, and Clyne is a fast wing back. I used JP 442 as 2nd tactic to get team training more effective and faster, but did not use this tactic during the game.

Even Remirez is a natural AMC, he got the PPM, come deep to get ball. So I trained him as ML, run with ball down left, hug line.
For Clyne, he trained with run with ball down right, hug line.
For DMC, Schneiderlin, I trained him without the PPM, go forward whenever possible
For MC, Cork, I trained him with the PPM, come deep to get ball.
AMC is Lallana. 2 goals and 9 assists. Left side corner starter.
I rotated a few people on AMR side. Finally, I pick Prado. He returned with 10 goals and 11 assists.
For ST, Lambert got 22 goals and 2 assists. Backup Rodriguez got 12 goals and 3 assists.
In Jan, Remirez is out for 4 months... I moved Lallana as ML. Set Ward-Prowse as AMC, he returned with 6 goals and 5 assists.

Very, very good job!
I play fm since 2006 edition. You realy create strong tactics.
One question: You dont use option “cut inside” for wingers. If I had “Messi” or “Cristiano Ronaldo” , whats best option? And, whats best seting for this players?(run from deep, creative freedom, mentality etc)

Great Season. I did really, really well with them to. They have a pretty good team for this approach.

after my previos test with west ham, when i was 3 in EPL, i start to test it with milan. Results are great. 15G 13W 2L. But i have problems with AMC. Dont know who must play in this position, Pato\Bojan\Boateng. Everyone is bad. Which type of players must play there? sry for my english.

whats the name of the skin ?

Personally, I use a player that has the killer instinct and likes to get into the area. His ratings will very much depend on if he gets on the score sheet though. I have a FC that likes to play one-twos and come deep to get the ball. This makes my AMC much more involved in the game than if using one that likes ru beat the offside trap, run down the X-flank etc.

Also remember that despite getting average ratings, the AMC might still do a **** good job opening up space for others

I encounter the same problem
To understand a little better what role you wanted to give to that player?

I tried several profile ...

AMC Like Striker, AMC like MO, AMC with good distribution capacity etc etc
and no one seems to understand what to do....

Yeah, thats about it. It works best with a players with the stats of an advanced FC but with the ppms of someone on support and a AMC that acts like a striker, like a false 9.

some known players for example?
list of good preffered moves for amc pls.

ok, so A player like Arshavin. Give me your feelings (for example)

(I'm trying to find the best player possible for this role)

I'm not Sure... maybe Messi could be a good AML in this one.
(maybe i'm wrong)
