I have now looked at the versions and the TC versions ( one of them) IS a little bit different. The DMC needs to have run from deep set to mixed.
 
I have started a new season with Bradford PA.

6 wins from 6 games, goals scored 16, conceded 1. AMAZING!

As I mentioned in my previous post, I was having trouble scoring with another team that I was managing. The 3 players I am using now in the AMC, ST and AMR positions are all accomplished in the AMC/ST role (in the info screen). I'm not sure if that is a main reason for my success? My AMC is also a ST so maybe he is more attacking and knows how to score more?

The AMC most certainly is making you a more offensive threat however it isn't needed to be successful in that position. the mot luck i've had with that spot has been a player like Jack Wilshere or Frank Lampard, real goal scoring midfielder. As you go up the leagues, i strongly advise finding either a goalscoring midfielder or that you convert a DLF to play there as the creativity and passing are almost as important.

I have found match prep and OI is very dependant on your squad. I tried initially with the same setup as TBH in my arsenal save and struggled. I now use General Training - Defending, Match Prep - Att. Movement set to 20% of schedule, rest after match. It really does depend on the spread of players in your squad and what their natural bias is.
 
Finally going to get a save going with this tonight, TBH was this created in 13.2.2 (I have had a few tinkers with it in 13.2.1, as i have no internet at home to update at the moment).

From memory 13.2.2 had no ME changes, so should it work as intended in 13.2.1 ?

I still cant manage to finish above 5th in PRL with Liverpool using this tactic (or any tactic that is)

Which version are you using? They don't start with anybody really suitable for the right midfiled option (non-mirrored version)
If you havn't signed another DM, then your options for the 2 deeper midfielders are limited.

I finished 4th in first season, and that was even using my own created tactic!
2nd season my tactic didn't work anymore, swicthed to tactics off of here and saved me from being fired, finished 5th but also got to CL final (battered by Barca though).
3rd season- 2nd, losing on goal difference to Man city who had net spent 70m for past 3 years, won Europa league
4th- finished 5th, decided it was time for a squad overhall. AND a tactical rethink.
I then spent about a week (IRL) just browsing this forum, trying to pick up tips on management, whilst settling on THIS tactic.
5th (in progress) - Unbeaten in 19 games, 15 points in EL group with a game in hand! Also only 6th highest salary in the league, exactly 70m a year less on wages than Man City.

Sorry TBH for going off on a story! I'll make up for it by posting a few screenshots of what your tactic has contributed to this season:

I cant remember if I used it in 13.2.1 or if I made it in 13.2.2, but as there are no ME chances between them, it makes no difference.

To be able to overachieve with any team, you need to micro manage the coaching of the players and being able to play as a unit, using enough " winners" and I think/know that this I the difference between those coming 5th and those winning the league. There are simply no shortcuts.
 
Hi TBH ... i started a new season with Liverpool to test the tactic but so far not a good start :( ... lost a friendly with Blackburn but that was played with reserves so it was ok :) ... but i lost 2-1 at Vitesse at home and lost a game at Anfield vs Norwich :))) ... my team was superior in every thing but the ME hates me :( ... anyway ill continue using it until it gets fluid and see then ... ill post some SS ...

I think your main task here is to build up the morale again. Having that many players on " fairly poor" will have a seriously negative effect on the results. Use everything to you disposal, press conf, team meeting, chat with them and show them faith. Build up their confidence and their will to live ;)

As you are in a war on two fronts here, I would probably concentrate on the league and rotate heavily in the Euro League.

Yes,he is awesome as the lone FC. In my Forest save, he is my 4th choice upfront but as I rotate the team a lot, he gets a fair share of matches both as the FC and in AMC( trained at position) and he always delivers.
