May was a good month for Middlesbrough as we won the Europa League and secured qualification for next season's Europa League as well. However it had an awful start as we rest 10 of our players to keep them fresh for the Europa League final and therefore lost 6-0 at home to QPR. I was extremely ****** off and fined the players that played two weeks wages each.
With Nathan on one wing and Tom Ince on the other, we have a pretty destructible force going down either side. He impressed all season and will be looking to force his way into the 2018 World Cup squad.
Our first season back in the Europa League was fantastic as we won the competition despite entering in the Third Qualifying Round.

Middlesbrough manager Michael Henson's future as manager of Middlesbrough is very uncertain after Manchester United approached him to move to Old Trafford.
Henson has become a household name in English football after he led Middlesbrough to the Europa League title last season and has a strict transfer policy by only signing English players.
It is rumoured that he has rejected talks with Middlesbrough about new contract and it will be a massive blow to Boro if he did leave.
Adil joins for a very small fee compared to what I think he is able to achieve in his career and will be a back up striker with Will Keane and Kyle Waine.
He joins for ?500,000 from Huddersfield and, like it says in his contract, will be a back up midfielder to Jacob Butterfield. If there is an injury he will provide great cover.
Dele moves from his hometown club to join us as one of the brightest centre midfielders in the English game. Leeds submitted a bid for him and that's when we made our move.
When we played Norwich last season Nathan ripped us apart so it made sense to bring him in for ?3.3m. Will take over Elliott Bennett as our first choice right winger.
A large number of players left the club in the summer, like in last pre-season, whether it be with a permanent or a loan move. Faris Haroun and Justin Hoyte were released after their performances decreased in the last season and are on the wrong side of 30. The two permanent moves involved Emmanuel Ledesma and Richard Smallwood, who moved to Bologna and Celtic. Emmanuel will forever be remembered for scoring the goal that sent us into the Europa League but with Redmond arriving there was no place in the team for him. Richard leaves Middlesbrough as his attributes have started to decrease sharply.
During pre-season we started our Europa League campaign and it was a fairly easy start as we beat Tromso 8-1 over two legs. It was disappointing to not keep a clean sheet in one of the games but it was our first competitive game of the season.
After beating Tromso earlier on we now face Slovan Liberec for a place in the Europa League Group Stages. It could have been a lot worse but I think we should be the favourites for both ties.
Jerome Sinclair was called up to the England squad for the 2016 European Championships and made his debut shortly after. It capped a great few years for the 19 year old after impressing in the three seasons at Middlesbrough.
Over the summer we announced a link with Japanese side Jublio Iwata which will allow us to make a presence in Japan which could boost merchandise sales. We are already looking into touring Japan next summer.
Just a bit of advice regarding redmond, he plays better as an IF on the left wing, on my norwich save he finished with 13 assists and 9 goals from that position
Nice story mate, I like what you're doing with English players. Did this Brazilian come through your academy? I ask because I want me some of that for my Yeovil save! Our youth recruitment is improving but we only get English players coming through. I heard in the news a while back that Middlesbrough had a link with a Brazilian club, are they a feeder club in game as well?
