What Roles and Duty's best suit my players?

Hey guys looking for a bit of help here, My team is scoring goals however one of my forwards who i consider my starter doesnt score alot. I have tried him at advanced and, poacher he plays really well in both positions but doesnt get a lot of goals he gets more assists.

Also just out of curosity What is the best role for my defender alessio papini? currently limited defender.

try Gabriel Di Giovanni as a Complete foward, and Papini as a Centre defender - cover

MC Cattermole(defensive mid?)
MC Addison (Box to box ?)

i only use 2 mc`s! so i need to find the best combination

RW Amrabat(Winger Support ?)
LW Carlos Eduardo (Winger atack?? /inside midfielder??)
RW/LW Diego Buonanotte (Inside midfilder??, winger?? attack/support ??)

I use only 2 winger`s too.

ST Darren Bent (Advanced forward?)
ST Huntelaar (Target man atack?, deep lying forward?)

genie scout stats the messi plays better as a fast striker but it's not his natyral position, so ?

ST Villa Poacher
ST Aguero (try deep lying forward atack with runs with the ball and from deep more often or trequarista)

Any sugestions about my team ??

I need to know which Striker out of Showunmi and Ian Thomas Moore i should play with Bebe (Loan) and what Roles should i play... Thanks
 
Cattermole works incredibly good as Box to box if and only if you play slow tempo, that way his low acceleration is less of a problem. and ill pair him with a defensive mc (im currently using cana) but he is not my starter, i have Beckham as MC in support role (i know it sound dumb but he works just fine 4 goals and 5 assist so far) but cattermole is my energy man.

I started a Preston save during the week
Im triying a slow tempo tactic with two wingers Wallace and Parkin, an two trequartistas (smolarek and Elliot). So far im tied at the top of the League. i have got tinga but i dont know wich position to play him.
The two trequartistas work fine because they pull my wingers into play and then get in the box. Has anyone tried it in a higher level?

am managing Liverpool using a 4-2-3-1 formation with Gerrard in the hole behind Torres

left wingers: Ryan Babel, Angel Di Maria, Albert Riera

right wingers: Benayoun, Kuyt, Eduardo Salvio

holding role: Mascherano, Lucas, Moussa Sissoko

Defence line: Aurelio, Insua, Skrtel, Kyriagkos, Carra, Agger, Johnson
 
I play a 4-1-3-2 (1 DM and 3 CM) and I have Mahamadou Diarra, shall I play him as the defensive midfielder or CM, and what role shall I play him as?

Lukaku - Complete Forward/Target Man - Attack
Guilherme - Poacher
Sanchez - Inside Forward
Reina - Goalkeeper. Sweeper Keeper against teams of lower standard
