What Roles and Duty's best suit my players?

Hi , I'm playing with Napoli and I need team role
my tactic is 4-1-2-1-2

GK : De Sanctis
DL : Dossena
DC : Otamendi
DC : Cannavaro
DR : Zúñiga
DM : Annan
MC : Hamsik
MC : Cigarini
AMC : Hazard
FC : Quagliarella
FC : Lavezzi

Hey all,

Playing Juve and using a 3-2-3-2 formation (3 DC, 2 DM, 3AM, 2 ST). Just to try something new.

My question is what kinda defenders i should use??

Im thinking i should use defenders with alot of speed so they can cover alot of the pitch. Not going forward obviously, but so they can move around, covering the sides ect.

Chiellini is quality but do not have great speed, should i keep him as the centreal defender among the three? Or sell him?

Ive done some scouting, and Zapata looks like a good fit.

Any suggestions about some good players for a 3 man defense are appreciated.

Newcastle team now need rols for the formation of 4-4-2 . 4-4-1-1 .4-5-1 cheers

i use normal 4-4-2 i have milevsky and aguero what roles should i put them?..thanks
 
tnx i just tried it and with at.madrid beat arsenal 3-0 milevsky scored a header and aguero 2 goals technically
(i dont know how to say when you beat someone with technique sry)
 
I'm using a 4-1-2-1-2 formation with west ham. I need a role and duty to Gignac. he's playing with Cole or Ilan, depends on his role and duty. thanks!

Hey guys. Currently managing Real Madrid (boo and hiss if you may lol) in the first season, and looking for help on how to play Rooney. Attached are screenshots of my two preferred formations, and of Rooney's profile. Also re-trained him as an AML btw.
