What Roles and Duty's best suit my players?

What to play Balotelli, Hazard and Javier Hernandez

I usually play Balotelli as an Inside Forward (7 goals in 4 for me) on the left and Hazard as an Advanced Playmaker and Hernandez as an advanced forward

Don't know much about Hernandez on FM, but Balotelli without doubt an inside forward, and Hazard a trequartista (sp)

Okay two scenarios here involving Cardozo and Neymar:

a) What roles should they be as the front two in a standard 4-4-2?

b) What roles should they play in a 4-2-3-1 with Cardozo up top and Neymar as one of 3 AMCs? Would this work for either of their attributes?

And finally if I set Cardozo to the target man role should I set the team tactics to play with a target man? (probably a silly question)

Both look like a good finishers,Destro could be nice poacher.
and the other one,might try deep lying since he isnt that fast,But poacher\advanced forward i think will suit

Hey was wondering if anyone could help me with real madrid, and my barcelona squad i use same jp woody strategy at both teams but it seems that both team star players are not doing it for me.. can anyone help me out with good roles that get the best out of them for the following players.

i`ve been trying to fit them in but they don`t seem to work. i use evra/rafael as wingbacks, fletcher as BWM-defend, ozil advanced playmaker, mata/navas wingers, but was thinking as playing them a position higher, so mata can be played inside forward, aguero as a trequartista, and rooney as advanced forward. tell me what can/should i change?

i don`t really want to stick to this 4 4 1 1 so if u have suggestions for a better position, and blending of my squad i`m eager to listen

Try using a
4-1-1-3-1...
Full backs should suport,and pass to winger,so not much attacking,no roaming direct passing.

Aguero Is trequista attack.
Rooney complete forward attack.
Ozil suport central mid\Deep lying pm
2 Wingers are Inside forward\Wingers you choice attack.
Fletcher DMC defence. anchor\defensive

iniesta: advanced playmaker
xavi: deep lying playmaker or possibly adv. playmaker
messi: adv. playmaker in AMR or maybe inside forward
c.ronaldo: inside forward
rooney: deep lying or complete forward
david villa: advanced forward or poacher
fabregas: advanced playmaker
pato: adv forward, poacher or inside forward
balotelli: complete forward, inside forward or winger
torres: complete forward or adv, forward
tevez: deep- lying forward
