What Roles and Duty's best suit my players?

Not really the lone striker Type but maybe Target Man - Attack but set target man supply to "run onto ball".
 
Can someone tell me should i change any of these roles in my team:
GK: Lloris: Goalkeeper - defend
LB: Jose Angel: Full back - support
RB: Srna: Full back - support
CB:Chiellini: Ball playing defender - cover
CB:Mexes: Central defender - stopper
MC: Hamsik/Veloso: Box to box - support
MC: Fabregas: Deep lying playmaker: support
AML: Ozil: Inside forward - attack
AMR: Sanchez/Pato: Inside forward - attack
ST: Aguero - Trequartista - attack
ST: Dzeko - Complete forward - support

And who is better on / positions?

If i was you mate id change the box to box mid to a defensive midfielder - defend and play veloso there, and then change fabregas to advanced playmaker - support and rotate with hamsik.
This may give your side more balance, this is just my opinion though so..(H)

Ozil - AML - advanced playmaker
Aguero - Poacher
Dzeko - Target man

Ozill & Dzeko, both attack mate ..

Box to Box is Hamsik, beyond question mate ..
AMR is obviously Alexis Sachez, but for that you have to leave Pato out .. I suggest a 4-3-3 for you mate !
 
Iv'e got Buonanotte playing AMC behind Torres and Welliton, what roles and duties would suit them best?

Also I've got 2 CM with Gerrard playing box to box, who would be best to play with him, I've got Keita, Aquilani and Lucas?

Buonanotte as Advanced Playmaker, Torres as Complete foward, Wellinton as Poacher !

Gerrard as Box to BOx, so is Keita
Aquilani as Advanced Playmaker
Lucas simply defensive midfielder

Gerrard & Keita - Support
Aquilani - Support
Lucas - Defend

If you want you can set Sten Gerrars as an Advanced Playmaker aswell ..

Diego Buonanotte - AMC or AML role, Adavanced Playmaker - Attack
Fernando Torres - Poacher or Complete Foward, personaly I once played him as a Poacher, and it suits him very well ;)

I play with chelsea a 4-2-3-1. fluid - attacking system. but I am struggling really , short passing with slower tempo.

Czech
boswinga terry mexes a.cole (2 fullbacks on support, both cd on defend)
ramires essien (dlp ramires support and essien anchor man on defend)
kalou lampard malouda (2 wingers on attack , lampard as amc attack)
drogba (complete forward support)

lampard and terry are playing very bad - what should I do the perform better with the hole team?

Veloso - Ball Winning MF?

Veloso, in my opinion is better as Box to box midfielder, moutinho is an advanced playmaker.

Try the stopper + cover partnership on you dc's, change lampard to advanced playmaker - attack maybe?
