Yes because the settings above is what my assistant manager does.
 
UPDATE: Working on some tweaks for this to make it slightly more effective in attack. Got some pretty good new CM roles/player instructions that could be installed into the next version of this tactic.

I know your 4-2-3-1 has not been out for long, but I have tried both formations for quite a few games, and this one has been alot better for me. Looking forward to an updated version, as the defense is really good, just need more goals with it.

This one is better because this formation is better tactically, both in real and in the game. Making tactics you are limited by the formations itself. I try to get the best out of them both attacking and defensively.
 
if you dont mind i try to adapt your defensive system for my own tactic, because your defense is pretty impressive. cheers!!!

I use this tactic now so far I won everything.
The best result was 9-0. I am FC Porto :)

Just finished my first season with Napoli. No major signings. Got Douglas from Twente in JAN - my only signing.

Won the league and the Cup. Lost the CHL final 1 - 2 against Milan :(

BTW. The screen shots is mixed up I can see. And I forgot to mention Cavani! Well, take a look at the screen shots. He's a machine!!

Working on it, though it's already a brilliant tactic. Don't know if I can improve it much but little tweaks here and there should suffice. ATM working on a 4-1-2-1-2 tactic, a formation which I have never managed to be as consistent and brilliant as the other tactics I've posted.
