Sometimes I see players having regression on almost all aspect but he is only 25-27.
Maybe I set a wrong training focus.
So when there is no room for improvement, what is the best way of training to keep players away from regression?
What training focus should I give to him? Or simply no focus...
Like if a player wants to talk about his lack of first team exposure during the period when I want to use my holiday to skip a 2 weeks break due to international schedules.
I missed that chance to talk and I cannot do so after I return from holiday and then the player keeps being unhappy...
I find many of the new gens have great potential and good technical attributes.
But most of them lack teamwork and vision and this can ruin a potentially great attacking player.
So is there any way to effectively improve these 2 attributes through training? (or tutoring?)
Thanks for any idea...
Easy question:
It's often to see players request to get more first team football (or in a different term "involved in first team")
Can they get satisfaction by playing them as substitutions? like making them on pitch after 60 mins?
Or only the starting 11 can be considered as "first team...
Playing as Leeds, signed a free Serbian player at begining of game and offered him a 3-year contract.
He was granted a conditinoal work permit.
Now the contract is close to expire.
I want to renew his contract but now the application of work permit keeps being rejected. (Tried 5 times in past 2...
I played 2012 and 13 only and skipped 14.
As leeds united, I find it much harder to sell unwanted players in this lastest version of FM comparing to previous.
Although those are not big profiles at all, I often received offer if put them on transfer list while the asking price equal or slightly...
AT LEAST 90% of my conceded goals are from crossing (including corners).
My defenders are like often reactless against crossing.
I tried 5-3-2, 4-2(DM)-2(SMF/AMF)-1 , 4-1-2-2-1, 4-1-3-2 but none of these seem to do a proper job on defending against crossing.
There are times that more than 10...
Hi guys,
I played 2012 and 13 and skipped 14. Now I'm got stuck with 15.
So I am not sure how scouting network works now.
I read some articles that teach to hire coach of the country/region to unlock that country/region for scouting.
So I hired a Brazlian coach who has full knowledge of...
As the topic says,
if I offer a newly signed player >100k/w wage, while the highest wage of other members is around 60k.
Will they demand a lot more when negotiating new contract?
1) Player > Everyone rarely Long shot
2) Team > Tempo Slow (Turning just to "slow" from "normal" works fine for me, may try even slower)
3) Shouts > Work Ball Into Box (of course)
With these settings my boys' number of long shot per game reduce to average 2-4 from 8-12 per game.
Has this been...
My case is :
I planned to sign a player with initial payment of 2M and monthly installation of totally 14M in 12 months.
I have a transfer budget of around 5M.
Why does it still say I don't have enough fund to complete the transfer and force me to cancel or delay the transfer?
I don't...
from red cards, or even yellow cards
98% of challenges or tackles caused the injury of opposite player in the game haven't got what they deserve.
I know injury always happens. But where is the punishment to the cause?
I am so ****** off for that.....
It is getting bug-liked. You guys agree?
Re the rule : Minimum of 4 players trained at the club for 3 years between 15th and 21st birthdays
Let say if I bought a 17 years old player but he is loan out to another club until he is 21.
Is he eligible for the my team registration for EU champions cup?
Thanks very much for comments.
