This tactic looks great. I've had a brilliant start to my 1st season as manager of Osasuna in the Spanish league (start with very little money and are predicted to finish 12th in the league). I only signed Glenn Whelan from Stoke and I have played 5 games - lost to Barcelona 4-0 which is to be expected really, but have gone on to beat Sevilla 2-1, At Madrid 2-1, Granada 2-0 and drew 2-2 with Sporting Gijon! I am 3rd in the league behind R Madrid and Barcelona after 5 games. Looking good and will keep you updated with my progress!

Hello JP! Your tactic is, as always, very good and often provides some spectacular football, I had satisfying results with it: I'm in the first season and I've just won the dutch double (both Eredivisie & League Cup) with Feyenoord, but my opponent always score TONS of goals against me...I always win matches 5-3, 4-3, 6-4, 4-2 and things like that...Maybe it's my defence that it's weak (I have Ron Vlaar and Siyanda Xulu as DCs), but Eredivisie offensive players aren't so good...I don't know...it is a know issue of this tactic or it's just a problem of mine? And in your opinion what should I do to solve this problem, apart from buyng stronger players (Feyenoord isn't a rich team) ???

Thanx mate! ;)

Most attacking tactics will let goals in at the other end. Your winning and thats the main thing. I am currently using a tweaked version which swaps the AM for a DM which seems to be tighter at the back.

hi mate, can you tell me for which patch is this tactic ? :)

Thanks JP! Let me know if you're gonna post the more defensive version of the tactic ;)

Ive updated the tactic download to include a tweaked 433 version so if you want the new version you need to download again. So far its been really impressive. Ive moved from Heerenveen to Boro in the summer who only just avoided relegation the season before and have a **** poor squad:

Don't ask me which is better because im not sure at this stage, it seems tighter at the back. Personal preference which you use, maybe load the other in as your back up formation.

JP

I'm managing Porto, who have a great selection of players that fit in well with this formation, but I have already selected a 'Large Pitch' size, would it still be ok to use the tactic, even on a large pitch, or would it really effect the results?

Thanks

Steve

LOL, the first time I used the new V2 tactic was in a league away game against Ajax. They did 3 goals in the first 15', so I quickly switched back to the old V1 tactic...they did another 3 goals before half time whistle, I lost 6-0 and I nearly decided to leave this career beacause of the rage and frustration... xD

Gotta give it another try anyway.

Hi, great job, JP!
I'm using the first version in Villarreal, winning Twente 7-1 in Champions League, and losing only 2-1 against Barça away.
Nilmar scored 6 goals in 3 games.

Hi there,

I hope you dont mind, but your tactic has been picked together with other great tactics for My Huge Tactics Testing Project (FM 2012) !!!
Good luck!

Hi Woody,

I had a good start with this tactic about half the way through my season with Malaga winning about 5 out of 6 games.

Then the results collapsed with me losing the final 5 games of the season.

Now started a new season and the results have still not picked up?

Im playing as Malaga -
