when the tactic is full learned by the team what changes i make to the match training?
 
Its really not impossible to win as the majority of feedback on this thread proves. You need to have more patience and faith and not give up every time you suffer defeat.

I know, have had some great results ;P, just frustrating when you're having a scoring crisis and your defence is making little league mistakes :D
 
I have noticed that when i'm 3 goals up in 1st and using don't let performance drop, I get a lot of "confused", "angered", or "seemed to loose confidence"

Yeah same here m8, I jus use good performance so far, keep it up

The more your players respect you the better they will react. Just because they are angered does not mean they will perform badly. Praising at HT will usually make everybody happy but also results in terrible 2nd half performances.
 
Can I ask what are the stats required to look for as a Center Mid? A more defensive stats or a more offensive one?

Already said in the OP it doesn't really matter, buy the best you can afford. I suppose ideally one of each.

I have question abou strikers (very good tacic, i`m admirer of your tactics from before)

I`m playing it with Arsenal, and i want to ask you which of those strikers will be Poachers and whos Complete forwards:
Giroud , Leonard Kweuke, Podolski and Rodrigo from SLB.

... And does Isco have a good place in this tactic ?

If you look at the players it will tell you their best positions and give a star rating out of 5 for those positions.
 
well yeah... Isco have a 3 star rating for MC , and full 5 stars as an AMC, do you think he will playe good there or no point of tourhing him

The tactic doesn't use a AMC so no point. Most of the time i just auto select team anyway. If im short in a position ill train somebody to play there or buy somebody.

Had a bit of hard time near the end but luckily (with some help of assistant's eleven choices) we haven't lost anything.
 
Used your 442 counter tactic to get Fleetwood from League 2 to the Premiership in 4 seasons. Currently 'stuck' though, can't break into the top 4 of the Prem, no matter who I bring in (got a strong squad now). Feel I need something more attacking - I'll give this one a go as i'm nearly at the end of my current season :).

Had a quick skim through... but there isn't a breakdown of positions on your OP? What are the 2 MC's like? both just regular Central Midfielders?
 
Awful tactics

I am an experienced football manager player and I have used your tactics before JPWoody but unfortunately this one for me just does not work. Your previous 4-4-2 on the old game had a lot better effect. Usually the 4-4-2 is very solid however constantly time and time again this tactic concedes goals. The defenders are far too pushed up and leaks goals constantly. I have tried this tactic with Fulham, Sunderland and Arsenal. None of which were at all successful in any manner. Hopefully future 4-4-2 tactics you do will be as good as the previous games! Keep up the good work but just think this one is too weak defensively. Maybe it works better for defensively strong teams but didn't work for me over quite a few saves.
